This little gem was one of our favourite spots when we visited Montreal. Despite it being extremely busy for dinner, the staff were able to get our table for 4 seated in mere minutes & were attentive throughout. Without us even asking, they provided plastic plates for my young children & constantly refilled our pita basket & were gracious in answering questions or offering guidance about the menu. The servers were lovely & personable.
I found the food to be amazingly delicious, & the standouts for me were certainly the labneh, muhammara, fatteh lahmeh & the shish taouk. Best of all, the room was cozy & felt like I was eating at a friend's house!View more
Walked past this place 100 times always packed finally decided to go try it out & was super happy. Everything was 1010. Fattoush, Hummus, & the shish taouk were to die for. Had leftover too, lady was sweet & the atmosphere was small & cozy felt like eating in an aunties house:) highly highly recommendView more
Super small & cramped place but did not feel claustrophobic, it's more cozy! Came by without a reservation for lunch (2 people) & was lucky to get a seat. We shared pita, rice, chicken shish taouk & fatteh hummus with beef. The pita was fresh. Shish Taouk: lovely, grilled to perfection, came with creamy, yummy garlic sauce that went very quickly, comes with pickles & some weird pizza looking situation with onions which I did not try but looked good. Fatteh Hummus: a bit disappointed because they were really light on the beef but I've seen photos where they really gave a lot. The crunchy pita chips in the dip were WAY to oily - the establishment would benefit from getting crispy without tons of oil. I genuinely think this dip would've been better with garlic or tzatziki added to it. It was missing a brightness/acid which made it bit plain. The rice was just rice. All in all, I enjoyed my meal & was pretty stuffed. This cost us about $60 before tip.View more
The place is very great & cultural. As someone from Lebanon, I felt very included. The food was great & very quick. There were multiple options to choose from & the ones we got were all delicious. The service was very fast. The place itself is a little small but cozy & very enjoyable. The owner is very nice & knows how to take care of his customers! I would most definitely go again!View more
I went last night for a supper with lebanese friends that know the taste of the original lebanese food & really like this place & I honestly have to say the food is amazing, the service kind & fast & the place cozy, not very big, enough for small groups of people. We ordered Hummus, Baba ghannouj, SHISH TAOUK (omg so juicy & tender, my favorite), TABBOULEH, Vine leaves, Pita, Potatoes, SAMBOUSIK LAHMEH, RIKAKAT JEBNEH, KIBBEH NAYYEH, KENAFEH, all to share. The price in the average, 40$ each ish. My husband is an introvert person & for the first time i saw the happiness on his face for a food ahaha I'll come back for sure to try other specialitiesView more
The place is very special & cozy! Portions are in the smaller end for the price, but the food is incredibly flavourful!View more
Though small, but cozy & the taste takes you back to LebanonView more
Garage Beirut offers an exceptional Mediterranean dining experience with its Lebanese mezze & charcoal-grilled meats. The atmosphere is cozy & the manager Naji extremely accommodating. The mezze, including creamy hummus, exquisite muhamarra, refreshing tabbouleh, mouth watering sujok , & freshly stuffed grape leaves, was outstanding. The mixed grill platter we shared between 3 people had a generous portion of chicken & beef kebabs, was grilled to perfection with a smoky, tender, & juicy flavor. The knowledgeable & attentive staff added to the delightful experience. For anyone who loves Mediterranean cuisine, this restaurant is a must-visit, earning a well-deserved five-star rating.View more
Cozy Lebanese place downtown, with a variety of dishes. Fatteh hummus, a yogurt base with crispy pita, cashews, & pomegranate to top. Really crunchy with a great texture profile to accompany their tough flatbread. I really adored their sojok, a crumbly beef sausage that was salty with some Middle Eastern undertones. It came with pomegranate syrup for some sweet & sticky contrast. Garlic potatoes had a crispy exterior, slightly soft interior, appropriate amount of seasoning, & garlic sauce was nice but they put it in a shallow bowl & it got everywhere. Their kenafeh was a sweet, pastry, slightly wet from a syrup on a bed of cheese. It was fragile compared to the tough cheese & the taste was fine.View more
It was a last minute reservation, very good service from the staff, cozy but a but tight for large groups but manageable. Food was good, we had mixed grill plates & sides, everything was very good. Able to find street parking but it was very close to the hotels. It was clean & organized well enough.View more
I recently dined at this wonderful Lebanese restaurant in Montreal & had an amazing experience. The atmosphere was cozy & inviting, but can be a bit noisy. The food was delicious, especially the hummus & fatoosh & baba ganouj. The staff were friendly & attentive, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this gem for authentic Lebanese cuisine!View more
This place is a delightful gem, reminiscent of a cozy eatery in a Beirut neighborhood. The service was outstanding, & the food closely matched the flavors I remember from my childhood in Beirut.View more

A late entry, visited early March- small & cozy place with great authentic Lebanese cuisine. Loved the Sojok, hummus bi lahmé, arrayess, fattouch & everything else we ordered. I wish we have similar authentic Lebanese food in Miami!View more
A very cozy & small place, definitely loved the vibe & subtle decor. My partner & I went for Valentine's day!! The food is quite expensive for the portions. However, no complaints about the food besides the portion size. This place was recommended by my partner's patient, & it was a hit for us! If we were to go back we'd order a larger plate & hopefully the portion will be reasonable. We ordered the hummus & the cheese. The cheese was extraordinary, & I would definitely order again, would have liked more vegetables considering it was almost 20$ for cheese & some cucumbers & tomatoes. The servers were super friendly & they were attentive, came to ask how we were doing, & even changed our reservation spot because we had asked to he near a window. Would love to come here again!View more
