Had dinner there for the first time. The food was delicious. Had the Tandoori chicken which was fantastic- as was the shrimp balacho & the bhaji eggplant! Yummy all around. Our server Raju was helpful, friendly & efficient- will be back for sure!! & it's a byob to boot!View more

Raju was our waiter. He is pleasant, professional, engaged & prompt. The food was the best Indian I have ever had. Rich, robust, fresh, very flavourful, hot (temperature) & delicious. Sweet if you want with no burn, as you choose. Lamb, butter chicken, chip bread, Naan, rice, ALL excellent. No wonder they've been there for 40+ years. Simple outdated decor but a number of cool cultural artifacts as decoration. I'd go there to get that food if it was in the alley behind the place. 5 star food experience. They have great Korma, samosas & Biryani. However, I find that their butter chicken is too sugary. One time a while back we were also charged $5 for an itemized receipt of what we ordered.View more

Very good group dinner at this byow. We got multiple appetizers, 5 curries & orders of rice & naan for a group of 5. We were all stuffed after. I would recommend the spicy lamb dishes. The butter chicken was a bit too sweet for my taste but everything else was great.View more
