Step into Restaurant Gandhi and the cobblestone streets of Old Montreal give way to the fragrant spices and the aromatic flavours of the Asian subcontinent. Traditional Indian music plays as you dine, providing a gentle serenade to accompany your meal.

Unlike most indian restaurants, you will feel like you're dining al fresco: soft light, bistro-style tables with crisp white lines, and the yellow walls with their window-like cubby holes recall a sunset over the Ganges half a world away. Très bon service, personnel vraiment accueillant & souriant ! Que dire de la nourriture... Très bon & très adapté pour famille avec jeune enfants! Les serveurs ainsi que le gérant ont été très agréable. C'est certain que j'y retournerais!

Always a pleasure for us to dine here when we come for Jazzfest! All entres tried have been excellent. The ice tea is the best we ever had.

Disappointing experience. Food was way too sweet for some reason & butter chicken too watery. Service was almost awkward & super minimal, mostly single words, not even hi or welcome. Feels like a standard tourist spot where they don't expect people back. Plateau has way better Indian restaurants with charm. Sorry, was not impressed at all

Restaurant Gandhi was excellent! The mutton curry was flavorful, tender, & perfectly spiced - definitely the highlight. Emon served us with a big smile & was attentive throughout. Great food + great service makes it a place I'd come back to. Highly recommended.

Love the food,We came to Montréal for a visit for a trip & on this walk into the street. We happen to see this restaurant Indian restaurant Gandhi restaurant & we stopped here for lunch. Just we are highly satisfied. Does it we had a wonderful lunch & very nice ambience in the owner is very nice it & it was very nicely & served as a very tasty food & he's a very gentleman. I would recommend this restaurant for food & hospitality & wonderful ambience & wonderful people. Love you. Thank you.
