Step into Restaurant Gandhi and the cobblestone streets of Old Montreal give way to the fragrant spices and the aromatic flavours of the Asian subcontinent. Traditional Indian music plays as you dine, providing a gentle serenade to accompany your meal.

Unlike most indian restaurants, you will feel like you're dining al fresco: soft light, bistro-style tables with crisp white lines, and the yellow walls with their window-like cubby holes recall a sunset over the Ganges half a world away. Restaurant Gandhi was excellent! The mutton curry was flavorful, tender, & perfectly spiced - definitely the highlight. Emon served us with a big smile & was attentive throughout. Great food + great service makes it a place I'd come back to. Highly recommended.

Love the food,We came to Montréal for a visit for a trip & on this walk into the street. We happen to see this restaurant Indian restaurant Gandhi restaurant & we stopped here for lunch. Just we are highly satisfied. Does it we had a wonderful lunch & very nice ambience in the owner is very nice it & it was very nicely & served as a very tasty food & he's a very gentleman. I would recommend this restaurant for food & hospitality & wonderful ambience & wonderful people. Love you. Thank you.

Nous avons commander le combo pour 2 personnes Taj Mahal.

Entrée de poulet tikka & oignon bhajee.

Plat principale agneau sagwala, poulet au beurre, aloo gobhi, riz basmati & naan.

Première expérience de cuisine indienne & nous avons adoré. Tout était délicieux, goûteux, chaud.

Je recommande fortement !!!!

Les plats sont très savoureux !! Je recommande fortement l'agneau tikka & le boeuf au cari. Le repas commence avec un papadam avec 3 sauces excellentes. Le poulet au beurre goûtait beaucoup la crème 35% ce qui donnait un goût très sucré donc je recommande moins ce plat.

Le restaurant ne sert pas d'alcool donc même s'il est écrit espresso martini c'est vraiment juste un cappucino glacé. Je vous suggère le Indian Lemon Sangria qui est le plus élaboré des mocktails de la carte. Il y a des vins & des bières à 0%.

Les employés sont très chaleureux & sont présents si vous avez une requête sans être toujours à votre table. On est vraiment aux petits soins. Le prix peut être élevé pour certaines personnes mais gardez en tête que le restaurant est situé dans le Vieux Port & donc ça coûte plus cher de loyer. C'est une réalité pour tous les restaurants de la rue donc il faut arrêter de se plaindre sur les prix si l'on fait le choix conscient de manger dans ce secteur.
