Step into Restaurant Gandhi and the cobblestone streets of Old Montreal give way to the fragrant spices and the aromatic flavours of the Asian subcontinent. Traditional Indian music plays as you dine, providing a gentle serenade to accompany your meal.

Unlike most indian restaurants, you will feel like you're dining al fresco: soft light, bistro-style tables with crisp white lines, and the yellow walls with their window-like cubby holes recall a sunset over the Ganges half a world away. Délicieux. Seule critique, le staff ne savait plus ou donner de la tête. Manque d'effectif. De longs moments d'attente. Mais à part ça une belle expérience culinaire.

C'est catastrophique !!. Je voyage souvent en Inde & le poulet au beurre que j'ai commandé ici ferai honte à n'importe quel cuisinier indien, même aux cuisiniers de rue. C'est n'importe quoi. Aucun goût, ni caractère. Au point que me demande même encore ce que j'ai mangé. 43 dollars pour ça avec une portion de riz & un nam à l'ail !!!! C'est une pure arnaque. Je préfère oublier cet endroit à jamais. Faites de même.

Cuisine décevante , poulet au beurre raide & sec . Le service à table décevant , impossible dé se faire servir en français de surcroît , ils sont pressés de vous servir & vous vous faire sortir. Nous avons demandé d'autres plats durant le dîner que nous n'avais jamais obtenus , obligé de demandé de l'eau sans quoi il ne vous en servent pas ...

The food was excellent but we waited more than 30' after we were finished eating to flag down a waiter for our bill. In fairness, they were very busy & only those with reservations were seated.
