Worst customer service I've experienced. I clearly told them no jalapenos, but the owner ignored my instructions & made the pizza his own way. When I went back, instead of fixing it properly, he started arguing & making excuses.
To'fix' it, he literally picked the jalapenos off in front of me & told me it was fine & to go. Extremely arrogant & disrespectful behavior. If you don't want to follow customer instructions or speak properly, you shouldn't be in customer service.
Never coming back. Not recommended at all.

Ordering from Galaxie Pizza was a mistake. The fries became soggy within 2 minutes & were completely soaked in oil. They were not edible at all. When I went back to speak with them, instead of fixing the issue, they started explaining the process of making fries & said fries are made in oil, so of course they will be oily. That is not an excuse for serving bad food.
The pizza quality was also very poor. I ordered two large pizzas - one Indian-style & one chicken pizza - & both were below average with no good taste.
The worst part was the customer service. When a customer raises a genuine complaint, they should offer a solution. Instead, they refused to take responsibility & accused me of arguing with them, when I was simply trying to explain the problem.
Bad food, bad attitude, & no accountability. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent service! Courtoi & très gentil. La nourriture y est excellente & ils ont le soucis de la clientèle. Étant proche d'une école secondaire, le restaurant est soudainement devenue bombarder par de jeunes sportifs & ça n'a pas été très long qu'ils se sont fait sortir par soucis de notre présence & du désordre/bruit qu'il faisait. C'est très rare de nos jours de voir autant de respect pour la clientèle plus âgée. Merci à vous, ma mère à très apprécier toutes vos attentions & vous lève son chapeau de votre patience & gentillesse avec ses jeunes. Bravo :)

Selon ma femme & moi, la meilleure pizza de Laval. J'ai mis 5 étoiles à ambiance pour ne pas nuire au résultat mais c'est plus un take out que pour manger sur place. Le personnel est toujours gentil & accueillant. J'habite près de cette pizzeria mais si je déménage plus loin je reviens à cet endroit pour take c'est garanti !!!

My go to pizza place. Hits the spot, price is right & the guys there are great. It's a 2for1 pizza place so there's definitely value here. Could you find better pizza? Yes, but not at this price

At first glance, Galaxie Pizza seems like a run-down 2-for-1 pizza place since it's located in a poorly maintained little strip mall with a patchwork parking lot.
However, the service provided during my visit was excellent. I can't remember the last time I had such a pleasant & positive person serve me at a pizza place.
Despite the outward appearance of the building being mediocre, the staff seem to put a lot of care into keeping the inside clean.
As for the pizza, it was excellent. While a bit small for the price, everything about it was delicious; crust, sauce, cheese, toppings. I happened to visit around noon, & the nostalgia of having kids flood in from a nearby school was a nice experience.
It's definitely worth considering for a quick take-out pizza.

Awesome place to eat with my grandfather Galaxie pizza is our sacred place to eat & bond together the employees are super friendly & i have tons of respect for them & they always know me & my grandfather pizza order our pepperoni bacon!
