Très déçu de mon expérience. Il y a eu un malentendu sur la commande, ce qui peut arriver, mais la réaction de l'employée a été totalement inappropriée. Elle s'est montrée irrespectueuse, a déposé la commande avec brusquerie & a eu un regard vraiment déplacé.
Ma femme, qui a subi une chirurgie lourde (cytoréduction), a simplement posé une question légitime sur la présence de morceaux de fraise dans la crème. L'employée a répondu avec un sourire arrogant, ce qui a rendu la situation encore plus désagréable.
Un minimum de respect & d'empathie envers les clients devrait être la base, surtout dans ce genre de contexte. Expérience à ne pas répéter.

Super bonne poutine avec sauce douce & extra fromage! Mais un peu cher, mais la qualité du fromage vos le coup. Les frites ne sont pu aussi bonnes qu'avant.
Sinon la crème glacée toujours bonne.
Very delicious! I have heard good things about their poutine & it is in fact true. Their cheese curds are the absolute best! I also tried their vic-mixte & it's tasty. I think it's a bit expensive for a bébé poutine érablière (10$ not tx included) for a tiny container but it's very good & has many toppings in it so. Decors are also super pretty!
Le service est impeccable, la nourriture est délicieux, le resto est de toute beauté, seul bémol.. ce nest pas accessible a tout le monde, cest tres chers
