Great matcha & very friendly staff! They gave me a free snack simply because it was my first time in. Felt like a breath of fresh air stepping into this place. Very lovely café all around-would highly recommend!

Le café est vraiment excellent, les cookies sont délicieux & les crêpes, préparées sur place, sont tout simplement super bonnes. 😍🥞
J'ai aussi beaucoup apprécié l'accueil chaleureux. La dame qui prépare les délicieuses crêpes est très gentille, & le monsieur à l'accueil est vraiment sympathique & accueillant avec les clients.
Un endroit chaleureux, avec de bons produits & un très beau service. Je recommande vraiment FroidÔchaud Café & j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir ! 😍

There is a reason why this place has such a high rating, & the service you get is surely the biggest contributing factor. We were looking for a place for a quick pit stop, & upon entering were greeted by Joseph's smile from ear to ear. Montreal folks are generally nice, but he just manages to make your day so much better through his sheer charisma & excitement on an early Sunday morning. My wife just had an expresso which according to her was very good (she's very picky about her coffee), & I can attest that the atmosphere of the place is great & it's also a great place for students who need to connect their laptop to study as there are plenty of outlets available. From the other reviews the food also seems to be great but we can't attest to it because we didn't try it (we had just come back from breakfast somewhere else). We'll surely be visiting again once we're back in Montreal, though. Highly recommend.

I had such a wonderful experience at this cafe. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, & attentive. Their very friendly service truly stood out & made the entire visit feel comfortable & enjoyable. The za'atar crepe was delicious, flavourful, & perfectly prepared, while the pistachio crepe was rich, sweet, & equally amazing. The atmosphere was cozy & inviting, & everything was fresh & beautifully presented. It is clear that the team takes pride in creating a positive experience for every customer. I would happily return & highly recommend this cafe for its excellent food & exceptional service.

I thought the fact that they had a 5.0 was suspicious but genuinely the nicest people & he recommended a juice not on the menu that he just mixed up (passion fruit + strawberry) & it was so refreshing!! The juice is amazing & the service even better.

Amazing, thoughtful owners who made us feel so welcome! We stopped by for coffee, & the passion fruit & strawberry juice was absolutely delicious-the recommendation was spot on. Everything was fresh & flavorful. We'll definitely be back & highly recommend this place!
