Le smash burger Folie, les onions rings, le burger poulet, la poutine, tout est bon, de qualité fait avec soins. Bonne selection de bières. Propriétaire sympa. On y va souvent, on est jamais déçu.
Small restaurant with seatings on the counter. The food is cooked in front of you & the owner is nice. We tried the chicken burger & the beef burger. I would go for the beef one since it had a little bit more going on taste wise. The fries are thin.

My family & I just all had the 2 patty smash burger, & my daughter said it was the best she's ever had! Service was friendly & welcoming, place was clean & the atmosphere was great. If I'm ever back to Montreal & staying close by, I will definitely be back.
Rien à reprocher à l accueil. J ai commandé un hamburger simple, une frite & un breuvage. Très bonnes frites allumettes & hamburger garni entre autre d une galette ressemblant à une mini tranche de steak. La viande avait l air de qualité. L endroit est bien disposé & agréable. J ai enlevé une étoile car j etais le seul dans le resto lors de ma visite...😎
Got take out. The fries were a bit undercooked but the smash & chicken burgers were top & the salad was really tasty & had … avocado! Yum. Good value overall.
A must-try if you love a smash burger like my sister & I do!! High-quality beef made the burgers super delicious & Rami, the owner, put a lot of love & care into making these as well as the perfectly salted fries (we tried both the potato & sweet potato) & the side salads, which were fresh & tossed in a delectable dressing. Rami is so friendly & provides excellent customer service. Highly recommend Frite O Folie, we'll def be trying again when it gets warmer so we can sit outside with our dogs!
Not amazing food but amazing service. I mean, he just absolutely loves his business. He loves his clients & he goes above & beyond. I just had like a 40 minute conversation with him about his story. He's someone who just cares so much. Some places the food is good here the food is cravable & that's the difference. Plus, you & a guy who massively cares about the quality of the ingredients, making sure everything is fresh. I wish I can give more than a five star review.

I highly recommend Frite O Folie, whether you are a local or visiting Montreal. I ordered Le Minimi & the classic poutine & both were amazingly delicious. The taste of beef was evident in the smash burger & everything about the poutine was quality - from the fries to the gravy to the cheese curds. What sealed the deal was the service from the owner. He is super personable & friendly & genuinely cares about the quality of his food, making sure to take care of his customers. If you speak to him, you will learn how passionate he is about serving only the best - his personal story & the love he puts into carefully choosing the best ingredients.
Poutine is great, the burger awesome but what really made the différence was the service received. It was my first time for a takeout but I'll surely comeback
