I think that my overall experience would have been better if i had my food on a sunny day. I had the small classic poutine. The server took my order promptly. I like the gravy is not too salty & the cheese curb was fresh. I will go back for more other choices.View more

C'était bon mais je ne me remet pas d'avoir payé 29 dollars pour un petit Sandwich merguez avec une mini Poutine. Oui l'inflation a Montréal mais aller au fast food (même un bon fast food) pour payer 30 dol sans entrée dessert ou même boisson ce n'est pas possible ! Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est.View more

La nourriture est assez bonne. Le service est très bon. Mais le prix d'une assiette à format régulier est d'environ 19-20$ + txs + tips, ce qui pour moi, c'est très cher (j'ai commandé une poutine général Tao). C'est plus cher par rapport à la qualité de la nourriture & du service. Si une assiette régulière coûte environ 13-14 $ + txs, ce serait plus raisonnable.View more

I usually like Frites Alors, but sadly the food at this location is consistently disappointing. I've been several times since it's currently the one closest to me & keep hoping that it will get better. Alas, the fries are always soggy & oily, & when I tried a burger & fries instead of my usual poutine, the patty was so dry & one side of the bun was hard & dry. & for close to $20! Most disappointing, there is one pretty rude staff person. I don't say that lightly because food service is hard, & I'm not looking for sunshine & rainbows, but the attitude has really surprised me a couple times. Wish I could be leaving a better review.View more
