Fresh & good! Why is it so hard to find healthy food in Montreal? Moved here from the West coast & this place impressed with its selection of salads, smoothies & more. Even the drinks selection was excellent. Good prices, courteous staff. We'll definitely be back!

I have been ordering my meals for 6 months now but I also used to order them a few years ago & stopped for personal reasons. The food is delicious, prepared with care. I have never had a bad meal. Delivery is prompt & prices are very fair. This is one of the only companies in Montreal that offers prepared meals at this price point for the quality. Get your protein & hit those macros by ordering from MTL Fresh. Thanks team! I love my meals every week. Thanks for helping me slay my weight loss & muscle building goals. 🙏

I ordered their meal prep service, here is an honest review. Portions: the smallest i have ever seen out of all competitors i ordered from ranging from factor to hello fresh etc. Price: super expensive at 15$ per half sized meal, other competitors give you double for less. Packaging: they do not label their meals, so if you order multiple meals, you have no idea what is what. No calorie or nutritional information for dietary reasons, that was the reason i ordered & i cannot count calories. Food: its good I cannot recommend any dishes because i ordered 30+ meals of 13 different dishes & i cannot tell which is which of the 13 & there are no labels or way to identify which is which. I tried 3 meals so far & one was great, one was very bland & tasteless & the 3rd was okay but had very boring sides & had little flavor Value: not worth it at all, i suggest going for a competitor that gives you real portions for less & provides labels & nutritional information. The only positive about freshmtl is that they give you a reuseable grocery bag with your meals. P.s, as a company that is selling us much less for much more cost at a premium, if you expect us to spend hours looking up which dish is which & labelling them ourselves & researching the calorie & nutrinional value info to write it down,..thats a bit too much. Meal preps are supposed to make our lives easier, yours makes it super complicated & a guessing game where we have no idea what we are eating, whats in it, how many calories or mg of anything is in it.. all we know is that some dishes are tasty & most are bland & basic & boring. All are tiny. & all are much smaller than every other meal service. Not knowing what meal is what & not having any nutritional info (let alone info at all, literally just 30+ white packages with food in them & no indication of what they are) it has turned this into such a feeling of wasting my money & being taken advantage of.

Bonjour, Je tiens à partager mon expérience chez Fresh. Une première fois, j'avais commandé une salade sans bacon. En arrivant au travail, j'ai constaté qu'il y avait du bacon dans ma salade. Je suis retournée au restaurant, & au lieu de me préparer une nouvelle salade, ils ont simplement enlevé les morceaux de bacon de celle que j'avais retournée. En arrivant chez moi, j'ai tout de même trouvé un petit morceau de bacon au fond du bol. Aujourd'hui, j'ai acheté un jus. La personne en charge est allée chercher les ingrédients (carotte, betterave, pomme, citron, orange & gingembre) & a commencé à les couper sans les laver ni porter de gants. Le jus est sorti de la machine avec de petits morceaux, & elle a dû chercher une passoire pour filtrer le jus. Malgré cela, le résultat final était insatisfaisant : un jus préparé avec des légumes non lavés & sans gingembre. En sortant, j'ai jeté le jus directement à la poubelle car je n'avais aucune confiance dans la manière dont les ingrédients avaient été manipulés. Je trouve qu'il y a un sérieux manque d'hygiène dans cette place
