I have been ordering my meals for 6 months now but I also used to order them a few years ago & stopped for personal reasons. The food is delicious, prepared with care. I have never had a bad meal. Delivery is prompt & prices are very fair. This is one of the only companies in Montreal that offers prepared meals at this price point for the quality. Get your protein & hit those macros by ordering from MTL Fresh. Thanks team! I love my meals every week. Thanks for helping me slay my weight loss & muscle building goals. 🙏

Love this place I've ordered in the past & back on it The food is delicious The service is amazing & accommodating & tailored to your needs They made my experience so much better & made it so simple for me. It saves me time, I have a great variety of meals (for my lunches & diners) Thank you so much for what you do & a special Thanks to Johnny who accommodated my deliveries & paid attention to my tendacies for delivery & corrected my mistake hasttle free I also want to thank the delivery people who call me when my food arrives in a fashionable time I'm talking about this to all my coworkers, family & friends The best 👌
