We ordered their prepared meals on 3 occasions & all meats (meals & wraps) are overly seasoned & salty. Both of us had gastro intenstinal problems from them. The salads are superb without the protein. Vegetables are done perfectly & crispy.
Unfortunately wont be ordering again.

Great food & price but the meal preps ever since they have been switched to plastic covering are horrible. Can't reseal & removing the plastic wrap is always a pain it never rips correctly

Commandé 6 repas pour la première fois... incroyablement bon & frai. Prix raisonables, livraison inclus... beaucoup mieux que les plus gros compétiteurs comme WeCook, Factor etc...
Fresh & good! Why is it so hard to find healthy food in Montreal? Moved here from the West coast & this place impressed with its selection of salads, smoothies & more. Even the drinks selection was excellent. Good prices, courteous staff. We'll definitely be back!

Love their avocado club wrap . It's tasty , I don't add bacon because it makes the Wrap too salty . Chicken has a lots of garlic . I mellow it out with more tomatoes. I also order their ginger shots . Healthy food overall .

Went here for my lunch break. The steak & eggs wrap was exactly what I needed & the beets energy juice also slapped.The back seemed very clean & tasted clean too. Simple & tasty. Reasonably priced imo which is rare for healthier options. Will definitely be coming back(:
Grateful that they are open until 9 pm & that I found them! Very well priced & packed with nutrition. Incredibly delicious. I got the Beef Meal, it was very tasty & flavourful. Would definetly recommend & I will be coming back!
