dressed like a dive bar but prices don't act like it.

Got the Philly steak sandwich. It was okay but price was way too expensive. In the steak sandwich they used cheese whip instead of actual cheese.

2 pints of beer & 2 sandwiches came out to be $70

This was one of our favorite stops for a drink during our trip, largely because the service was so kind & welcoming! The space had a fun, eclectic vibe that made it an enjoyable place to hang out.

We ended up ordering a pitcher of the Blanche sangria, which was perfect for a hot August day. We didn't get a chance to try the food, but everything we saw coming out of the kitchen looked delicious!

We really enjoyed our visit & would love to return the next time we're in town, hopefully to try the food as well.

There was a bug inside my poutine. It was disgusting. Not sanitary. It eventually died because it drowned in the sauce. Be careful what u eat. They need to check that place for sanitary conditions. I'm never ever eating there again. I'm so distraught about this experience. On top of that, I had to wait 10 to be able to sit down despite there being space & it being not too busy. They didn't come see me.

Smoked meat sandwich was not very good. Two small slices of cold dry bread with a few slices of meat! Poutine lukewarm & not enough gravy. Service indifferent. Don't recommend.

They put up with our large crew of American idiots coming through for lunch & the staff was awesome. We all ordered the standard smoked beef sandwich & it was much better than I expected. That style of sandwich is not what I typically gravitate towards instinctively, but I'm sold. Highly recommend for an authentic Montreal culinary experience. The view from our table & the people watching was a great touch too.
