TLDR: food is average, nothing special & the service was terrible (+mandatory tip for party of 3). You get better service if you speak their language.

I've come here multiple times with my family before & will say that the food quality has declined ever since Covid hit (& even then it wasn't that bad), but today I've noticed that the food was way worse than their prime. I can only describe it as'mid'.

The food wasn't the worst part though. It was the service. First off, it took a very long time for our server to come get our order. The food came quick, yes, but it wasn't our server who served the food so I can't count it. When it came time to pay, she addressed my mom in a rude tone simply because she was pulling money out of her wallet one by one. On top of that, when the money was handed to her, she DEMANDED a 15% tip (Apparently the tip my mom initially gace was not enough). Mind you, we were a party of 3 not 5 & she only came by our table ONCE to fill up a single glass of water (there were 2 other empty ones). A tip shpuld be OPTIONAL especially for a bottom tier one.

I also noticed the server passing by tables more often if they spoke her tongue.

I don't reccomend it & will make sure to tell my friends & family to bever come here again.

Best asian rice in the city. Best pork chops, best General tao sauce, best singapour noodles. Hands down💯💯🙏🏾

Très mauvais service jai commandé une bière chinoise jai eu une Heineken la serveuse écoutais son portable dans le resto elle nous a charger du riz sans ns dire que c'était 12 $ elle ns a fais emballer nos plat & pendant qu'on mangeais elle écoutais son portable assie pénard dans la sale du gros n'importe quoi

I used to be a repeat customer. But one day I entered & picked a seat & waiting to be served. But I got yelled in mandarine from far asking me what the HELL do I want, why not wait to be seated.
Then the waitress walked to me then kept criticizing me & scolding me, then throwing plates on my table. I was so shocked & scared of this thin looking Cantonese lady. I left, & will never come back.

Excellent food & excellent service.
It is very spacious with a lot of tables, you need to walk up a flight of stairs in a dirty hallway. Fortunately, the food is worth it.

On s'attendais à un service moyen vue les commentaire mais hier on a eu un service excellent d'un monsieur. On étais une table de 11 personne venant pour diner, les plats sont quand même sortie rapidement malgré qu'on n'a pas pris le dim sum du midi. Merci bcp au monsieur qui nous a servi, super comique comme serveur!

If you decide to try Chinese food at this place, the food will be a pleasant surprise, & the portions are generous. Unfortunately, the whole experience is severely affected by the staff's service: you have to wait a long time just to place your order & again to receive it. To make matters worse, their attitude about how much tip you give leaves a bitter taste at the end of your visit.
