Fries suck compared to other 5 guys & the idiots don't take $50 dollar bills. I guess it's too hard for them to figure out how much change they need to give back. Go to Dix30 avoid this one.
Very disappointing experience at Five Guys. We waited in line for quite a long time because there was only one cashier working. After finally reaching the counter & placing our order (around $45), we were told they would not accept our $100 bill because it was'too large,' & were told this was due to too much counterfeit money nowadays. There was no sign or notice anywhere stating this policy. Refusing payment after making customers wait & complete their order is frustrating & unprofessional. If you have restrictions on accepted payment methods, customers should be clearly informed in advance, not surprised at checkout.
Expérience très décevante chez Five Guys. Nous avons attendu assez longtemps dans la file parce qu'il n'y avait qu'un seul caissier. Après avoir enfin atteint le comptoir & passé notre commande (environ 45 $), on nous a dit qu'ils n'accepteraient pas notre billet de 100 $ parce qu'il était « trop gros », en expliquant qu'il y a trop de faux billets de nos jours. Il n'y avait aucun panneau ni avis indiquant cette politique. Refuser un paiement après avoir fait attendre les clients & après qu'ils aient terminé leur commande est frustrant & peu professionnel. Si vous avez des restrictions concernant les modes de paiement acceptés, les clients devraient en être clairement informés à l'avance, & non être surpris au moment du paiement.
La première fois que je viens manger à ce Five Guys.
Le restaurant est beaucoup plus grand que celui au Dix30 & plus de place pour s'assoir. C'est très propre que ce soit la cuisine, la salle à manger & les toilettes.
À l'heure que je suis arrivé au alentour de 15h00, c'était relativement calme & jai reçu ma commande rapidement. Le burger est toujours aussi bien garni & délicieux ainsi que les frites.

I recently visited Five Guys &, as always, I truly enjoy their food. In general, I'm a big fan of the brand, but I found the downtown branch to be especially impressive, the burgers there tasted even more delicious & juicy.
One thing I consistently appreciate about Five Guys is their attention to cleanliness. Both locations maintain a very clean dining area, & the washrooms are noticeably better kept than most other fast-food restaurants I've visited.
Overall, I highly recommend Five Guys. It's my favorite fast-food restaurant & the only one I regularly choose. Consistent quality, great taste, & excellent hygiene standards make it stand out every time.
