Fat Mardis was a disappointment. The Louisiana soup was bland & small portioned. The same complaint for the gumbo. The catfish po boy had a herby, silly choice of bun. Thank God we won't be going back.
Service was great - had some questions about the menu & the waitress went to get the information (new on shift). Had the burgers (Gouda, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onions & pickles) - frwkaing delicious. Took a while to be seated but otherwise, everything was great. Long line at other restos, which doesn't make sense since this place was actually great & the service was great, as well. (Visited during the holidays, so I've attached a photo of the plaza in the village, as well).
Pet friendly, dog friendly (even have a water bowl!). Ate their fish dish that's new on the menu & it was great! Cocktail was good. Good spread of beers around 10-12. Waitress very attentive, good service.
We went for a light lunch/snack before our ziplining so we split the 5 cheese macaroni & cheese. It was alright, nothing exceptional, so we found it a bit pricy for what you get even knowing that it's in the village, but it did come super fast so we didn't have to wait long at all. Waiter was quick to come get our orders & remove the empty plate when it was finished.
The patio is good, but the food is lacking, I had the 5 cheese macaroni & it was barely one cheese in it, basically was plain mac & oil, probably a Kraft mac & cheese would have been better & it took way to long

Experiência agradável em Mont Tremblant no Fat Mardis. Ambiente animado, mesas decoradas com guarda-sol vermelho dando ao momento um ar descolado. O atendimento fois imediato, o atendente muito afinado em bem nos atender, ofereceu conveniente sugestão quanto ao ponto do grelhado acertando na recomendação de "medium" ao invés de "well done" como pensávamos pedir.
Os pratos foram prontamente servidos numa generosa porção.
