Pâtisseries sublimes, équilibrées & raffinées. Tout est maîtrisé : du goût à la présentation. Coup de coeur pour le yuzu, le Paris-Brest & les croissants. Accueil chaleureux, lieu apaisant. Un peu cher, parfois achalandé, mais clairement à la hauteur. Incontournable pour les vrais gourmands.
I have to say I don't understand why they would be on that list that made them famous. Like yes, good ingredients, very food presentation, but had way better pastries & croissants elsewhere. What is really worth mentioning is the excellent customer service it's like being in a hotel, beautiful ambiance but the location is like why r u there?! Also 11$ for a tiny piece of cake is beyond outrageous.

Nous sommes allés faire un goûter avec une copine à moi & nous n'avons pas été déçu. Pâtisserie, excellente croissant également. Nous avons été accueilli par un serveur très agréable. Je pense y retourner !

L'accueil & le service sont chaleureux & les produits sont tout simplement délicieux. Les viennoiseries sont excellentes & les pâtisseries… un régal pour les yeux & les papilles ! C'est un endroit incontournable pour les gourmands !
This place opens at 10am. Unfortunately it is a bit late for café & chocolatine. So I bought myself a 1-Chocolate mousse with salted caramel fondant in the middle & a 2- chocolatine. 1-Could not fault it but the salty caramel did not taste strong enough with all that chocolate mousse & powder. My main problem is bringing it back. She was going to put my 2 square inch fancy treat in a HUGE box. So I asked to put it in a bag & got a bit of an attitude there. The bag did a good job once the delicacy was put at the bottom of the bag. If it would be in that huge box it would have been completely destroyed. Consider buying different box sizes. 2- The Chocolatine looked impresseive on the counter. It was very taste but it lacked chocolate. The chocolat is nice & not too sugary. They had a few very original items there. Hopefully they have good corporate business as the location is not the best for such a fancy & not an quite & affordable option. Someone mention having to queue to enter...Most of been lost tourists.
J'aimerai faire une critique constructive puisque d'ouvrir une pâtisserie n'est pas chose facile & qu'être entrepreneur ne l'est pas non plus! Soyons gentils les uns envers les autres & donnons nos conseils plutôt que de critiquer méchamment! La pâtisserie en soit est très belle! Les produits paraissent beaux & sont agréables pour les yeux! Le service était impeccable! J'ai pris 7 différents individuels, en gros je trouve que cela manquait de goût. Je m'explique, la pistache ne goûte pas la vraie pistache. Le noisette/ fruit de la passion pourrait être excellent si les saveurs ressortaient plus. Le chocolat est fade ne goûte pas le bon chocolat & le fruit de la passion aussi manque de punch. Je trouvais que tout n'était pas assez goûteux. Cela peut s'arranger avec le dosage & avec des produits de qualités. Le croissant fourré à la pistache je ne le recommande pas. La crème de pistache est elle aussi fade, ne goûte pas la vraie pistache. Je m'attendais à un coulis de pistaches réelles & non pas à une semi crème pâtissière & le croissant était mou ne goûtait pas le beurre. J'espère que vous prendrez en note ces critiques! Car vous pourriez être une très très bonne pâtisserie!
Got two croissants that looked amazing but unfortunately tastes average on the inside. Didn't taste freshly baked. Still enjoyed them though. Store itself it's very clean & aesthetically pleasing.
J'ai essayé plusieurs gâteaux & c'était toujours au minimum "bon", souvent vraiment excellent & l'endroit est clean & sympa. Je peux dire avec pas mal de confiance que c'est la meilleure pâtisserie en ville pour des petits gâteaux, je les ai presque toutes essayées. Le prix est tout à fait raisonnable par rapport à la qualité remarquable des gâteaux. Les viennoiseries par contre ne sont pas leur point fort. Elles sont correctes mais pas vraiment pas exceptionnelles, surtout comparé aux gâteaux.
