I have always been a huge falafel yoni fan & have brought people to this unique spot in Montreal! This was my first time visiting the Verdun location, we ordered 3 demi falafel pitas & took our bites. The bread was extremely cold, like it had just been taken out of the freezer & barely defrosted. The filling of the falafel & sauces were really good, the product that I recommend to people when they visit Montreal. This taste was overshadowed by the cold bread which remained cold with the hot filling inside.Voir plus
This is a small place, about 400 meters from metro De l'Église. It's less than half of the size of the St Viateur Falafel Yoni. Imagine a middle Eastern falafel style. The zatar fries are way too seasoned. Theres a lot of fine salt. & like I always Heard in cooking class you can always add salt but if it's too late you cant take it away . I even asked for it lightly seasoned but still nasty.Voir plus

La nourriture est incroyable mais j'y suis allée vendredi midi & le service m'a rendue mal à l'aise. Les gens au comptoir étaient particulièrement bêtes, pas d'entregent, ni le moindre petit sourire... les cheveux dans face pas de merci ni de bonjour. C'est rare que j'écris une critique, mais c'était presque insultant. Vraiment dommage, ça enlève à l'expérience & à l'ambiance!!Voir plus
Excellent place for a quick bite 🧆 Service: always friendly & professional staff 🧆 Ambiance: depending on the time of the day, the music can be too loud if the doors are closed, BUT also, it's not a sit-down place, it's practically a sandwich shop who has seats 🧆 Price: great deal for ½ sandwich, & well packed with veggies & sauce. Perfect for on-the-go meal. They also sell their day-old pita bread. It's still delicious & less waste! I wish more restaurants does that... 🧆 Food: delicious & balance textures & taste. The falafel is just crispy & all over (top to bottom). The spicy sauce is not as spicy but just right. Full of pickled veggies too. Love it. Leurs pitas sont toujours délicieuses, quoique le service était assez négligé & froid aujourd’hui. J’ai regretté d’avoir laissé un pourboire. Dommage aussi qu’ils n’aient pas de demi-portion de frites – leurs portions sont trop grandes pour une personne.Voir plus
