OMG.. I don't know where to start about this place. It's incredible. I drove by it many times & it's always busy so I finally stopped & went in. I'm so happy I did. The service & the atmosphere is awesome. I didn't know it was vegan but it was the most amazing sandwiches I have ever had in my life. The shish taouk is mushroom based but I could swear I was eating meat. The freshness of the ingredients is incredible. I recommend this place to everyone
One of my absolute favorite places! I have had their signature falafel pita as well as some of their other food such as the vegetarian general tao, borekas & other pastries & they never disappoint! Their "harif" (spicy sauce) is perfect in any of their sandwiches for those who like spicy. Highly recommend!

This is the best Falafal sandwich in Montreal! The sandiches are loaded to the fullest. Ingredients are fresh & tasty. Everyone is pleasant & smiling. Love this place!

I'm not even a fan of mushrooms, as in I don't eat them. But this place has amazing mushroom-based fake-meat. So good. Huge portions (for the plates, not the wraps). Friendly owner. Greet falafel experience, great végétarien experience, ok prices for these days. The indoor seating is basic with no space. The outdoor spacing, when weather permits, is actually really enjoyable. So plan your eating accordingly. Great job!
I haven't had the food myself, but I have delivered it often. It's a small place & can seem a bit crowded when it is busy, but they also have a patio. The staff is alway friendly when I go in. Given how busy it always seems to be, I assume the food is just as nice!
Very tasty falafels & vegetarian meals! Prices are really good considering the amount of food you get. I would recommend the hummus plate where you get to choose at least 3x salad plates. Definitely a go to!

So many good things to say about the food here. Falafels are fried to order so they are hot & crispy but still smooth. Falafel pita is well constructed within a thick pita bread so that the moisture from sauces & vegetable toppings don't have the sandwich falling apart. Toppings are generous & sauces are very flavorful. Service is very friendly & feel genuine. For a quick, filling, very well-priced lunch I would definitely recommend Falafel St Jacques
For about $10, you get a drink & one of the biggest & best falafel sandwiches in town, if not in North America. Okay, I haven't tasted them all, but if someone out there has a better falafel pita, I wanna taste it. The falafel is made fresh throughout the day (I've seen them make a fresh batch of balls almost every visit) & the ingredients are also ultra-fresh & good. Get the all-dressed spicy (harissa sauce) & tell me it's not the freshest, tastiest, healthiest "fast-food" sandwich you've had in a long, long while. . . We like to ride our bikes there. It's a convenient three-minute ride off the main bike path along the Lachine Canal.
This was my first time eating at Falafel St. Jacques. I had heard about it & it was highly recommended to me. The manager gave me some samples to try a few different items. I wanted everything!!! I had the Jerusalem mix with fries & the Thai eggplant & baba ganoush (because what else would you have with French fries!). Everything was absolutely incredible. Everything was fresh & so tasty. I can't wait to go back! Service was next level
