Saleh has years of experience in Israeli cuisine and he is known for his warm Mediterranean hospitality. Shanni Weber our public relations and service manager is here to assist you with your requests and comments. He founded AbuLafia Pita, Pikante Hummus and Solly’s Bakeries. Ronen is known for his innovation & experience in delicious quality food preparations.

Falafel st.jacques is a beautiful place food that takes it up to another level. However, the fries were undercooked & stuck together. Soak potatoes before preparing them for frying.
Also, the falafel & fries both tasted like burnt oil. Please remember to change out that oil depending on volume & how much frying per day.
