Suuuuch a delicious restaurant!! We were 4 & came without a reservation on friday at noon & they had place to accommodate us!! We didn't know what to take, so the waitress recommended the eggslut sandwich & the mini pancake bites, which is what we took. We also took an accompanying plate of fruits. It was absolutely delicious!!! So fresh, the pancakes were so fluffy, & so was the sandwich!! The service was also impeccable, & the prices are reasonable. I'll definitely be going back!!

Eva's is an absolute amazing brunch spot. I love their chill ambiance & always playing good music too. The service is great & very warm & friendly. One of the best fluffiest tastiest pancakes I've ever had ( Hightower dish ) also the sausages in the Hightower are incredibly delicious. The chicken & waffles were perfection & would definitely have again, perfectly seasoned fried chicken & light fluffy waffles. The coffee is really good too. Also easy to make a reservation ahead of time

This was such a lovely breakfast spot to end a fun to trip to Montreal! I had the eggslut & my boyfriend got the chicken & waffles - both so yummy. Also the pancake bites are amazing, get them!

The best part was Ricky our server. He was hands down the best server we've ever had. Welcoming, explained the menu beautifully, & so attentive! Will come to Eva's everyday on our next trip to Montreal. :)

Good choice if you're looking for a restaurant for brunch. Food was good & portions were generally big, except the Pollo Fuego sandwich which was rather small. I really liked the fries that came with the food, they were perfect. Service was good overall. One of the drinks was forgotten, but they rectified the issue. The place was also very clean & taken care of.

My family & I went there with no reservation as a last minute thing on a rainy day but were welcomed very nicely! All the staff were so nice & welcoming & kept checking on us, the food was beyond delicious! beautiful environment & enjoyable music too!

Eva's was such a pleasant surprise. Everything from the ambiance to the food was top-notch. The dishes (quesadillas, smash burger, french toast fingers) were fresh, flavorful, & clearly prepared with care. The staff, especially Danielle were welcoming & attentive, creating an experience that felt both relaxed & special. It's not often that a restaurant gets every detail right, but Eva's truly delivered. I'll definitely be recommending it to friends & look forward to my next visit.
