Selon de nombreux avis, EVA's Montréal propose un brunch savoureux avec des plats phares comme les pancake bites, le chicken and waffles et le toast à l'avocat, le tout dans des portions généreuses et dans un espace élégant et lumineux qui donne une ambiance chic et instagrammable, idéale pour les groupes comme pour les moments en amoureux. L'expérience est clairement mitigée en ce qui concerne le service et le rapport qualité-prix: certains louent un personnel chaleureux et efficace, d'autres signalent un service lent et des attentes longues, surtout durant les périodes d'affluence. Certains trouvent les prix élevés par rapport aux portions, tandis que beaucoup estiment que la qualité, la présentation et l'ambiance justifient le coût. Les réservations sont recommandées le week-end et le style ainsi que l'atmosphère créent une ambiance tendance, mais le niveau sonore peut être élevé et l'espace peut sembler restreint par endroits.
I made an online reservation for 6 people, & we arrived as a group of 7. I understand that restaurants have policies regarding group size, & I respect that. However the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. We were seated at a banquet with plenty of space, & the restaurant was clearly not at full capacity, yet the staff flatly refused to accommodate one additional person.
The servers were rude, inflexible, & showed zero willingness to help or find a solution. There was no courtesy, no professionalism, & absolutely no sense of hospitality. Instead of making customers feel welcome, we were made to feel like an inconvenience.
As a result, we left & went to a nearby restaurant where we were immediately & warmly accommodated-an experience that only highlighted how poor the service was here. This was a complete failure in customer service, & I would not recommend this place based on how dismissively we were treated.
The food is very delicious though expensive.
The seats near the door are uncomfortable as its very cold everytime the door opens. I had to eat with my jacket on.
Service was friendly though I ordered a coffee & it was forgotten.
Overall if seated in the back I would recommend for the quality of the food.

We came on a Sunday afternoon as a group of 3 & we had the best experience ever. Our server was super kind & friendly, & the food was beyond my expectations. Definitely coming back!

Had an awesome experience at this spot! The place has an amazing vibe, stylish, welcoming, & just a great atmosphere overall. The food was just as impressive as the ambiance. Every dish we tried was satisfying & full of flavor, leaving us genuinely happy with our meal.
If you haven't been here yet, definitely swing by & experience it for yourself. Highly recommended!
Food was amazing! I had the chicken & waffles & French toast. Both 10/10! The portion sizes were big & it tasted great. Our waitress Danielle was very kind, helpful & provided suggestions from the menu. The atmosphere was great. I would highly recommend.

We visited this brunch spot today, & while the atmosphere was truly beautiful & inviting, the overall experience was mixed. The staff was friendly, but not overly warm, & service was noticeably slow. We weren't in a rush, so the wait itself wasn't a major issue, but the lack of follow-up during our meal made things feel a little awkward.
We had ordered an appetizer that never arrived, & eventually ended up cancelling it. My espresso martini ended up costing more than my lunch, which was fine, but worth noting. The food itself was good, not exceptional, but definitely enjoyable.
One surprising downside: the fruit flies. For such a beautiful place, that was unexpected & distracting.
Overall, it's a lovely spot with good food & an amazing atmosphere, but the service really fell short & ultimately made the experience less enjoyable than it could've been
Loved our experience at Eva's! The pancake bites were so amazing we ordered them twice. Our server Sami, made the experience even better. He was genuinely kind, attentive, & super helpful in guiding us through the menu while keeping our preferences & requirements in mind.
Overall, amazing food & even better service. Highly recommended - we can't wait to come back! 🍽?
Une belle ambiance, le serveur ( sami) estais super gentille. Il nous a donner des suggestion quoi prendre. La place est tres propre. You should definitely visit that place. Tout etais tres bon!
Excellent!! Tous étaient beaux & goûteux. Belle ambiance, bon service & la serveuse nous a même fait un petit spécial puisqu'on fêtait un évènement spécial🥰.
Je suis habituée d'aller dans les restos déjeuner qu'il y a unpeu partout a Montreal...
chez Eva, on est a un niveau supérieur quand même!
