L'expérience est clairement mitigée en ce qui concerne le service et le rapport qualité-prix: certains louent un personnel chaleureux et efficace, d'autres signalent un service lent et des attentes longues, surtout durant les périodes d'affluence. Certains trouvent les prix élevés par rapport aux portions, tandis que beaucoup estiment que la qualité, la présentation et l'ambiance justifient le coût. Eva's is such a fun brunch spot with a really unique vibe. The atmosphere feels more like a high-end evening lounge, but somehow it works perfectly for brunch. It's young, lively, & definitely a place you go to enjoy the experience, not just the food. 🤗
& the food truly delivers. My egg in the Le Brit sandwich was incredible - light, fluffy, almost like a delicate carbonara-style texture, & packed with flavor. The avocado toast was fresh & delicious, & my husband said the Mtl cheesesteak was the best he's ever had. Portions are fair, not huge, but definitely satisfying.
A small note: the music can get a bit loud at times, but it didn't take away from the overall experience.
The only thing that disappointed us slightly was the juice. At $5, we expected something a bit more refined, but the grapefruit juice turned out to be Oasis which you can buy at the dollar store, just served in a pretty glass.
That said, everything else was great. Just be sure to make a reservation - it gets busy. Parking is available on nearby streets, though you may need a few extra minutes to find a spot.
Overall, we really enjoyed it & will absolutely be back. Highly recommend! 😋

I had an amazing experience at your restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious-every dish was full of flavor & clearly made with care.
We arrived without a reservation, yet we were warmly welcomed & accommodated right away. Yusuf was the one who greeted us, & he made us feel truly welcome from the moment we walked in.
Kathy was also incredibly helpful & attentive throughout our visit. Her kindness & cooperation really stood out & made our experience even more enjoyable.
We ordered Egg Slut, a club sandwich, & pancakes. Everything was very delicious, but the pancakes were especially outstanding-light, fluffy, & absolutely irresistible!
I will definitely be coming back again-not just for the amazing food, but also for the classy & outstanding service.

Je me suis rendu au restaurant le samedi 21 mars avec une amie pour 13 h 15.
Dès l'arrivée, nous avons attendu à l'entrée. En effet, les serveurs étaient vraiment occupés à s'occuper des clients installés.
Une fois installés avant qu'on vienne prendre notre commande, nous avons encore une nouvelle fois attendu. C'était vraiment long d'attendre à chaque fois pour tout.
Toutefois, une fois les plats à table, c'était un véritable délice! Le mocktail également était délicieux! La présentation du plat est vraiment bien.
Niveau espace, on se sent assez confiné rapidement. Sur les photos, on a l'impression d'un espace assez vaste, mais en réalité, ce n'est pas vraiment ça.
Je recommande, c'est un lieu vraiment sympa avec une bonne ambiance (avec des amis ou en couple).
We went to Eva's today & overall the food & service from our waiter were great. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by an extremely negative interaction with the host.
When I made the reservation, I clearly wrote in the comments that we would be coming with a baby & would need a high chair. Whether or not it was my mistake to have chosen the bar section, I was honestly shocked by how rude & unprofessional the host was when we arrived. The way he spoke to us was dismissive & unpleasant, & it immediately set a negative tone for the visit. I'm not sure where he learned his customer service skills, but the interaction was completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, as he walked by our table he either intentionally or carelessly kicked the baby's high chair & didn't even acknowledge it or apologize.
I want to emphasize that our waiter was excellent & the food was great-I truly have nothing negative to say about that part of the experience. However, the host's behavior really stood out in the worst way & unfortunately affected the overall experience.
I would strongly encourage management at Eva's to address this with their hosting staff. The front-of-house role sets the tone for guests, & this interaction fell far below what should be expected.

One of the most beautiful brunch places I've ever been to as a tourist. My friends & I reserved a table of 4, however when we arrived we had to sit at the bar.
We didn't mind & enjoyed the food but when it came to paying, one of my friends chose not to tip since we were all doing separate bills. After our server saw that she didn't tip, she told her, no tip? In a very rude manner.
Mind you, the other 3 of us did our own tips & I gave a $20 tip for my own meal. After we were getting ready to leave, my friends & I were getting weird faces from our server & another server she was chatting to. I could tell they were talking to us because I heard them
making comments about us being broke while we were leaving.
Was a funny experience, I ordered a side avocado & the waiter said there was no avocado, I did not argue about it, after when I started eating I realize that they were serving avocado side dish lol
Food is okay but not worthy the price, service is bad.
wow! amazing people, amazing service, amazing people again cause yea it was that good! i love the bartender i think her name is danielle she makes the best drinks!
Five stars!! The cocktails were AMAZING! & the bartender Danielle is such a lovely young lady. She made my favourite drink, mojito with NO ICE. I spilled it on my favourite corduroy pants & she replaced my drink no questions asked! She even gave me a clean cloth for my wet pants! I looked like i had peed my pants so i was a little embarrassed, but later i embraced it. 5ive stars!!!
