Dès notre arrivée, l'hôtesse nous a informés que notre serveur habituel, Monsieur Roberto, n'était pas disponible & nous a confiés à Monsieur Freeman, qui a offert un service tout simplement remarquable. Professionnel, attentionné & d'une grande courtoisie, il a grandement contribué à rendre notre soirée mémorable.
Le souci du détail est omniprésent dans ce restaurant. Les plats sont magnifiquement travaillés, avec une présentation exceptionnelle, digne des grandes tables. Chaque bouchée était un véritable plaisir.
& que dire du dessert… absolument délicieux !
Ma copine & moi-même recommandons vivement ce restaurant à tous ceux qui recherchent une cuisine de haute qualité, dans une ambiance chic, élégante & distinguée. Un grand merci à Monsieur Freeman pour cette expérience impeccable !
Notre souper etait wow tres tres bon .Chose qui est manquant c aucun accompagnement .bte de vin un peu cher plus de bouteille a 55 juste a 75$$ jai manger assiettes fruits de mer tendre excellent incroyable.mon mari fletan & tartare excelent aucuns croutons.service excellent & pas taxe c a paye le pourboire ca parait jf vais y retourner c sure.c est juste que c est au casino malheureusement pour moi lolllll merci

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sunday evening perfection - exceptional service that made the night unforgettable
Last night, Sunday evening, we had supper at ETC Restaurant at Playground Casino in Kahnawake, & the experience was truly exceptional.
About a week ago, we experienced an issue related to the return of our car. What stood out was management's decision to handle the situation in a genuinely customer-centric way. As a gesture to make things right, we were invited back for dinner, & that decision set the stage for what became a remarkable evening.
Before heading to the restaurant, we spent a little time enjoying the casino & had the pleasure of winning $600 together, which immediately added a positive & relaxed energy to the night - a great reminder of why Playground is such an enjoyable destination overall.
From the moment we sat down at ETC, the evening felt refined & special. We began with a beautiful Chablis, followed by excellent entrées, including a bruschetta-style dish with perfectly prepared bread & cheese, paired with a beautifully marinated salad, as well as a fresh shrimp entrée. The main courses were outstanding: Wagyu beef & a 40-day aged ribeye, cooked to perfection & served with elegant greens.
Dessert was just as impressive - a beautiful cheesecake & an elegant chocolate mousse, both carefully presented & delicious.
What truly made the evening unforgettable, however, was the service, & in particular Freeman.
Freeman was the person who truly made this night special. His attention, warmth, professionalism, & genuine care elevated the entire experience. He guided us through the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, & ensured every detail was perfect throughout the evening. Thanks to him, & his personal touches added elegance & personality to the experience & that we would not have enjoyed without his care & initiative.
This is exactly what exceptional service looks like. Freeman's presence transformed a great dinner into a truly memorable experience, one that felt closer to Michelin-level service than a typical restaurant visit.
A sincere thank-you to Freeman for his outstanding hospitality, & to the management team for their thoughtful, customer-focused approach & for creating the opportunity to turn a situation into such a positive experience.
New favorite steak house! Service is amazing , drinks are great & the food so yummy . There's always someone checking in & making sure all is good. Went twice already & both times all above was great! Definitely going again soon ! :)

The Best manager in playground for service food atmosphère at ETC. Restaurant David DC IS THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME he puts everything at what he does like he owns the place very thankful for what he does for all the clients at playground hard to find great service like this today.
L'accueil & le service étaient excellent notre repas un gros wow tout étais excellent je vous le recommande fortement repas pour deux personnes & un entrée chacun pour seulement 104$
La nourriture est de qualité nous avons pris un entré de calmar & une soupe à l'oignon gratiné repas pricipale linguini aux fruits de mer & un bout de côte de boeuf braisé & le tout étais excellent

What the heck, had such an awesome time at ETC.. The food was sooo good - super fresh, flavourful, & came out way faster than we expected. Big shoutout to our server, Freeman. Guy was amazing. Warm, friendly, & on point with everything. He checked in just the right amount, cracked a few jokes, & made the whole experience even better. Coming back for sure
Freeman was absolutely amazing! I asked for him because he's always friendly, attentive, & genuinely great at what he does. His service made my visit even better. Highly recommend asking for Freeman!

5 Stars experience with great food & amazing service. Check it out! ETC has been my Top Resto Experience for me in 2025. Say hi to John the very friendly & very professional Manager along with the best staff. Try the Filet Mignon, its the best ever & for dessert have the Tiramisu, trust me you will be in heaven. Ambiance & atmosphere is always top notch & the place always looks amazing!!! Enjoy!!!
Honestly, I was very pleasantly surprised. The food was really good & prices were very good! To boot, once you are finished supper you have great entertainment for the remainder of your night!
Had an amazing time with co-workers. The fried calamary were perfectly cooked & really tender.'Roberto Carlos' was a fun waiter. The Porterhouse with the Whiskey sauce on the side was for me the best part of the night! Will comeback for sure.
Great wines, food was on point. I was Seated at the bar & the staff were navigating the line of enough presence & leave you alone to eat vibe perfectly
