Not only was she super friendly & engaging, but she also makes the BEST cocktails I've ever had! Each drink was perfectly crafted, & you can tell she's a true pro. My husband's ribeye was cooked to Rare, but we asked for Medium Rare. The waiter said it is a perfect medium rare for him. There was no way that is a medium rare because the meat is red instead of pink & still tender & with blood on the inside. We expect the waiter to give us back a new piece of steak but they re-heated the same piece of steak & made it to medium to medium well. Normally in other steakhouses they would replace a new one to us. I consider this is very unprofessional. My New-York strip is not bad but the cut for me is less than 12 OZ & the taste was ok but for me it was not the dry age tasteView more
