Beau petit resto, le staff est très courtois & professionnel. C'etait cher pour ce que c'etait ! Entre autre, le Bloody Cesar se vend 12$ dans le Casino, le resto le vend 16$… Le tartare de boeuf ne goutait pas grand chose, mais l'entrée de bruschetta au parmesan, c'etait wow. On etait 5, les avis sont partagés. A vous de vois faire votre opinion ;)
La nourriture est 10/10, par contre il faisait tellement froid dans le restaurant, que nous avons dû nous dépêcher pour manger nos plats avant que tout soit froid. & que dire de l'odeur du fumoir du casino qui entre jusque dans le restaurant, c'est 2 grands points négatifs feront que nous y retournerons pas. En plus, on est venu nous demander de quitter la table comme il y avait une autree réservation au bout 1 heure 45 alors qu'on venait de terminer le dessert.
Les prix sont très haut, c'est comme si les taxes étaient incluses.
On nous offre une table d'hôte avec désert sans café, thé ou autre. À 100$ par personne pour un repas c'est INNACTEPTABLE, surtout à 4$ le café.
Un fond de coupe de vin le moins cher est à 18$, ça n'a aucun sens. La majorité des clients sont des perdants au CASINO, un peu de respect s'il vous plaît!
Les (boss boy) sont trop pressés de vider les tables, ils ramassent même les choses qu'on a pas fini d'utiliser.
Mon filet mignon était excellent mais ma queue d'homard était toute en pâte.
Certains plats sont excellent comme le calmars, le boeuf avec os court, la bouillabaisse.
J'aime beaucoup le personnel, tous très accueillants & cordiaux, ils nous facilitent beaucoup les choses.

The food is always delicious & the service is great. Though, the restaurant is inside a casino so it's going to be loud & that lowkey gives it trashy vibes but nothing can be perfect but God!! The food is top notch, give it a go!!

Last night, Sunday evening, we had supper at ETC Restaurant at Playground Casino in Kahnawake, & the experience was truly exceptional.
About a week ago, we experienced an issue related to the return of our car. What stood out was management's decision to handle the situation in a genuinely customer-centric way. As a gesture to make things right, we were invited back for dinner, & that decision set the stage for what became a remarkable evening.
Before heading to the restaurant, we spent a little time enjoying the casino & had the pleasure of winning $600 together, which immediately added a positive & relaxed energy to the night - a great reminder of why Playground is such an enjoyable destination overall.
From the moment we sat down at ETC, the evening felt refined & special. We began with a beautiful Chablis, followed by excellent entrées, including a bruschetta-style dish with perfectly prepared bread & cheese, paired with a beautifully marinated salad, as well as a fresh shrimp entrée. The main courses were outstanding: Wagyu beef & a 40-day aged ribeye, cooked to perfection & served with elegant greens.
Dessert was just as impressive - a beautiful cheesecake & an elegant chocolate mousse, both carefully presented & delicious.
What truly made the evening unforgettable, however, was the service, & in particular Freeman.
Freeman was the person who truly made this night special. His attention, warmth, professionalism, & genuine care elevated the entire experience. He guided us through the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, & ensured every detail was perfect throughout the evening. Thanks to him, & his personal touches added elegance & personality to the experience & that we would not have enjoyed without his care & initiative.
This is exactly what exceptional service looks like. Freeman's presence transformed a great dinner into a truly memorable experience, one that felt closer to Michelin-level service than a typical restaurant visit.
A sincere thank-you to Freeman for his outstanding hospitality, & to the management team for their thoughtful, customer-focused approach & for creating the opportunity to turn a situation into such a positive experience.

Food was excellent...med-rare filet mignon cooked to perfection & that mille feuille potato was incredible...fries were also very good & a huge portion that we couldn't even finish! & the tiramisu dessert was such a creative presentation that we felt bad destroying it to eat it but it was absolutely devine!!!😋🥰❤?❤? Thanks for a memorable & delicious dinner experience!! 🎶Great choice of music playing too, so we weren't bothered by casino noise. Wonderful experience & we'll definitely be back!!🥰🍾🥂
