-after trying the place couple of times I still think is perfect but some of the service is not cool like the guy who served us he didn't take care of us he was more concentrating on other table more than hours maybe because they was ordering wine , not sure, he left the menue on the table I had to put it away he rarly show up or ask if all ok , we didn't feel welcomed for some reason long story short , never again , maybe if we go & we order a bottle of scotch They got what you never taste in your life , be the king , you will be treated like a king holly service you must go visit & try could talk for hours & will be not enough see you there guys

What do say to someone who tells you that'if you've been one steakhouse, you've been to pretty much all'? Well, without hesitation you may want to tell them about a literal treasure tucked neatly in the corner on the second floor of the brand new wing of Playground. It's called ETC. & it brings the notions of elegance, trend, class, & pure taste together as one. Yes! A steakhouse is just that....A great place for steak! ...& yes! ETC checks this box neatly, bringing various choice cuts of meats (from dry aged to Wagyu marbling, to tender traditionals) to life. However, This is where the fun part of the review begins. The part that differentiates ETC from other big name steakhouses that this city has to offer. My compliments to Chef Hisham for innovating a menu that is simple yet divine in gastronomic appeal. Signature dishes include the likes of Grilled Cheese Bruschetta, Caesar Salad unlike any you've tasted, thick cut candied bacon, seared foie gras, & a dessert menu that will tug at all your senses (ask for the tiramisu stare in amazement as it is being served). ETC brandishes dishes that range from the sublime to the insanely imaginative. However, the reason I was truly inspired to write this review was when my incredible bartender Sabrina suggested something "out of the box". Next thing you know, I order up the DEMI CHICKEN. To say I was pleasantly surprised is a complete understatement. This chicken recipe is something EVERYONE should try once. It's decadence lies in the manner its cooked, spiced to perfection with an addictive crispy char, & a succulent juicy tenderness (See Photo). Complimented by a Mediterranean garlic-lime-cilantro based yogurt that will have you licking the plate. I was so stoked at how delicious my meal was, I couldn't wait to share it with you. The kicker is this steakhouse is reasonable in price (& even more reasonable without taxes). You're not just in for a treat at ETC, you are in for an experience.

I've been wanting to try this place out for the last while. I contacted Talia through social media & she managed to book me a table with less than 24 hour notice! The place was fully booked. The food was delicious. The décor is classy & modern. The service was top tier, knowledgeable staff & not trying to upsell, just straight up good service. Steak was cooked to perfection, the seafood tower was extremely fresh & tasty, the sides are delicious & dessert was awesome! We will be back.

This was a overall 10/10 experience starting from the service we received from Kayla Palmieri, she helped us from the beginning showing us around the casino & bringing us to the restaurant. The server was very welcoming & informative & made great recommendations. We will definitely be coming back with friends & family!

Great job, staters & main were fantastic, the deconstructed TIRAMISU was lacking in appearance but okay overall. The wait staff was attentive & the bar was competent. Great evening out.

So here is my review of this place: 1. Decoration 9/10 is a very nice Decoration with a touch of class but a bit of a small dining room. 2. Service 10/10 the service is amazing 3. Food 10/10 the food is very good & the dessert is made in house. They also make good cocktail. 4. Ambiance 10/10 very cool & smooth Ambiance 5. Cleanest 10/10 the bathroom is outside the restaurant but not too far & very clean. Also, all the plate , glass, & fork, spoon, knife are clean. Good look at the picture

My filet mignon & vegetables were cooked perfectly, & the deconstructed cheesecake was delicious. Prices are very reasonable for the quality. Will definitely be back. next time however i will asked to be seated anywhere other than in the middle of the restaurant as I felt we were in the way,

Food was just ok. The plates come with 2 tomatoes & a pepper. Side dishes are separate (fries, mash or other). The calamari was very good, nothing out of the ordinary. Well seasoned flour & soft squid. The lamb chops were a bit over cooked but well seasoned. The steaks were also a bit more overcooked than we asked but well seasoned. Overall this place was ok; nothing I would end up craving or wanting to go back for (we actually got a slight acid reflux after eating there). It cost us 226$ for 3 people with 3 main dishes with 3 sides. You MUST take a side, otherwise the meal is incomplete & not satiable. You'll be hungry without a side.
