About us

Et Caetera restaurant is located in old Beloeil. Its combination of bring your own wine and cuisine distinguish it from other restaurants. Throughout the year you will find mussels, pasta, grilled meats and fish. The appetizers and desserts are homemade. In the summer, the intimate terrace, veiled by the shadow of the St-Mathieu's steeple, is a haven of peace. You will be welcomed into a spacious and bright dining room where the decor reflects the relaxed and convivial Mediterranean dining tables.

First time there. Very good service, being with friends in a cozy corner (a bit hot for the one in the corner 😉) gave a sweet atmosphere, but I need to admit the FOOD is outstanding, which is what we should expect from a restaurant! I ordered a Filet Mignon (my fav) medium, not only it was spot-on, but it just melts in your mouth, simply divine! That would've made my evening, but I dared order the apple donuts with caramel coating: fabulous!

I still salivate rethinking about it.

I love the Vieux-Beloeil for their restaurants & nice scenery, but it's worth 110% your money!

Will go back for sure, thanks the staff & chef!

J'adore l'ambiance !!! Dans ce restaurant, on se croirait en vacances dans un autre pays avec la vue sur le Mont St-Hilaire, c'est tout simplement magnifique! Le service est excellent & la nourriture est sublime. J'ai plusieurs plats que j'aime !!! Nous venons souvent ! Les linguines aux fruits de mer sont délicieux. Bravo au chef !!!

On va à ce restaurant depuis plusieurs années...mais je n'avais jamais écrit un commentaire. Nous avons toujours mangé très bien, le service est excellent & il y a une bonne ambiance. Le propriétaire est souvent sur place & il contrôle que tout va bien (quand il n'est pas à la cuisine...c'est lui le véritable chef!!!). Avec les années, la qualité n'a jamais changée. On va continuer d'y aller!!! réserver avec anticipation, surtout jeudi, vendredi & samedi, car de fois il ne reste plus de places...

Belle place & bel accueil. Serveuses numéro un. Par contre, la nourriture TRÈS ordinaire... surtout pour le prix. 32$ pour 8 raviolis... c'est rire de nous. Bavette de boeuf je ne suis pas chef, mais j'en fais une meilleur à la maison & l'entrée d'escargot minuscule. Bref, vraiment TROP cher pour les produits présentés
