I had an amazing experience at Estrella, & a huge part of that was thanks to Josalyn.

From the moment we were seated, she brought such warm energy, professionalism, & genuine care to our table. Josalyn is the kind of server who makes you feel truly welcome, not rushed, not overlooked - just perfectly taken care of. Her attention to detail, timing, & recommendations were spot on, & she made the entire experience feel effortless.

Beyond being incredibly attentive, she has such a beautiful personality. Friendly, kind, confident, & thoughtful - she elevated the whole evening. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, & it shows in every interaction. It's rare to come across service that feels this natural & sincere.

Management should know that Josalyn is a true asset to your team. She represents Estrella beautifully & deserves recognition for the level of hospitality she delivers. Servers like her are what turn a good restaurant into a memorable experience.

Highly recommend Estrella - & if you're lucky enough to be served by Josalyn, you're in great hands.

Do yourself a favour & visit this beautiful little spot. I was there last weekend & WOW! The ambiance, food, experience & staff were all phenomenal. Nick made sure I felt welcomed, needs were met & drinks were always on point. Food was absolutely chefs kiss!
I would 10/10 recommend & will be returning.

What an amazing spot! Thatcher is hands down one of the best restaurants around. The kitchen is open until 11, which is perfect when you're looking for a late dinner without compromising on quality. The food is absolutely beautiful - every plate looks like art & tastes even better. Their specials are truly the highlight, full of flavor & creativity.

On Saturdays, the vibe shifts in the best way - after dinner, it transforms into more of a club atmosphere with great music & energy, making it the perfect place to spend the whole night. My friend & I came here for the first time over a week ago & we had the absolute best time - this was entirely because of our server, Fiona. She was very bubbly, personable, & super charming. I am vegan, so I had questions about their vegan options, which she promptly got answers for. She was making us smile & laugh throughout the entire night. She continually checked in with us to see if we needed anything & never rushed us to decide or leave. I had the bruschetta (made vegan without cheese) & gyoza dumplings (vegetarian ones which is vegan. Both were very delicious & savoury. Will definitely come back here. Highly recommend!
