Verdun is the best place to visit in the summer & this beautiful place is one of the upsides on Wellington street. The atmosphere is great, also the service & the food. I love that their menu is not just traditional regular Mexican food, but they add originality & uniqueness to it, like matcha cream? Or some Japanese style on another options. Jose was the best server we could have possibly asked for! Super kind & helpful & recommended the fiesta on the table (the best the restaurant had to offer) & it really was fantastic. Would highly recommend everything, but the mango salad & ribs were to die for. Leche margarita was deadly. Churros were mind blowing. Great food but the service was so slow. We had to go to counter to get attention at 8PM, almost empty. When it came time to pay...had to go to counter to ask if we could pay. I felt invisible. Left a bad taste in my mouth for the experience. Old Montreal venue was 100% better. I'm being generous with 4 stars.Voir plus
