Amazing! Went for dinner on a whim & I am so glad to have stopped by. Jonah was very kind & helpful & the food was absolutely delicious! The wings were so flavorful & loved the shrimp tacos! 10/10 would return again!
Came on Cinco de Mayo & the manager treated us amazing. Food was the best, service was amazing, & he even treated us to an extra shot on the house. Great atmosphere, definitely coming back.
Bars not big enough for the expanded space. Waited 30 minutes from the time I sat down to get my drink. Tables for two are now too small for a tapas style of ordering. Really disappointed, I have been coming here since it opened & I probably won't come back.. maybe I'll give it one more shot if my review is heard..
The restaurant has great fusion Mexican vibes to it. The food tastes good but it could've been better, it's American Mexican, not traditional. The portions are really small, you really have to go with App, Salad, Tacos & Dessert to fill yourself.
Malheureusement nous avons été déçu. La propreté de la vaisselle laissait à désirer. Les plâts que nous avons pris avec un goût peu recherché. Le pire a été l'assiette de quesadilla qui devait être aux champignons. Finalement c'était 2 pitas avec fromage & 2-3 petits champignons par quesadilla..!
Heureusement que nous avons eu un serveur vraiment sympathiques mais malheureusement nous n'y retournerons plus!

This place is all the reasons: atmosphere is awesome, decor is amazing, the vibe is pure enjoyment.
The service is quick, friendly & non-intrusive & that is a fine line to balance.
The food is why you'll come back, over & over again. FYI: the pollos hermanos tacos & the El Chapiflor are 🫠
I had such a great experience at Escondite Union, & a big part of that was thanks to Rita. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, & genuinely made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down.
Even though she seemed quite busy, she never let it affect the quality of her service. She really knows what she's talking about her recommendations were spot on, & you can tell she takes pride in her work. She checked in at just the right times without ever feeling intrusive, & her positive attitude made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
It's not often you come across service that stands out this much but she truly made our visit memorable. I'll definitely be coming back, & I hope to be served by her again
