Great Mexican food, it's full of flavor & the service is really fast. The atmosphere is great, there's a band that plays at night & the employees are really nice & pleasant. Food is worth the price, portions are good. The place is filled with art & decorations that gives a good vibe & the music played is mostly Spanish so it makes the vibe even better. Lots & lots of free parking & it's wheelchair accessible. The food is really good & the ingredients they use are fresh. Each meal is full of colors & it tastes wonderful. Overall great experience & I will come back.

One of the best places I’ve been on the west side, everything is amazing, Wendy by myself & say on the bar. The bartender that day was Juan, & he was amazing & funny to chat with! The paloma’s are my fav drink
Place is beautiful, staff are wonderful, bar tender is awsome, food was delicious & drink was great! I definitely recommend this place & i will fo back 😊
Nice menu with atypical items that were very good. Service was good & they were very friendly. The giant mural of the Mexican "Last Supper" is brilliant!
Fun atmosphere & good food Service was friendly & not overbearing. The guize nachos were an unexpected, fun fusion. Only thing I really didn’t like was the margarita media noche.

I often went to Escondite in downtown Montreal, & was super stocked they opened one in the west-island. It took me a few years before I got to try it out. I loved that the restaurant atmosphere is very similar to those in Montréal, but with some unique touches. It's the same food & the food.was pretty good. We had the a Mango salad which was good, but the mango wasn't as juicy & the salad wasn't as spicy as I had remembered, so I was a little bit disappointed, but it was still very good. We had some General Chappo chicken, very spicy & tasty. Also took the tuna tordata I think it was called, that was my favorite, very fresh & tasty. Then we had some El Pastor, Coliflower & Fish tacos. Again, from memory I felt they were better / fresher at the Montreal locations. Everything was still good, but I didn't taste the pineapple in the El Pastor & the Porc was a bit dried. Coliflower was good & also the fish Taco, but the frying of the fish made it heavy. Still all enjoyable, but we were quite full afterwards! We still took one of each desserts (churro & lime dessert). Churros were fresh & warm, the lime dessert was served in a bowl. Both were good. Nothing special to say about the service, it was good but I can't say it was amazing lol It was what I'd expect.
Overall, still a good place to go, we will be back for sure.
