Notre restaurant préféré à Montréal, on y va 3-4 fois par an pour célébrer les évènements importants. Le service est chaleureux & professionnel, on s'y sent vraiment bienvenu. La nourriture est fraîche & préparée avec soin. J'apprécie particulièrement les petites attentions: le pain & la crème sûre faits maison, le changement des couverts entre les repas, les fleurs sur les fenêtres, les broderies sur les murs & les précieuses recommandations de Gala. Enfin, on y trouve, selon l'avis de mon beau-père, la meilleure crème glacée à la vanille de toute sa vie. On revient très bientôt, merci !
Had an amazing dining experience! The ambiance was romantic, the food was fresh & delicious, & the service was flawless. Everything was spotless & beautifully presented. Perfect for a special night out- highly recommend!
Food: the food here is amazing. This is the single best Russian/eastern European that I've ever been too. The food was amazing & the recommendations were all spot on. I usually eat meat medium, they encouraged me that the best way for my meal to be eaten (the medallions i belive) was rare & oh boy it did not disappoint, it was one of the best meals I've eaten. I am also a huge hater of zucchini & was not going to eat it when it came with my meal, I ended up trying it & it was cooked to perfection. I split the tasting menu (witc was for two people, costed $110, gave 4 appetizers a main meal each, dessert & a drink)& everything on it was made with love & delicious. Service: The people that work at the restaurant are the nicest workers I've seen. It's clear they care about each consumer & value a nice, peaceful environment. They gave helpful truthful suggestions about what to order, made jokes with my party of four throughout the dinner, & when leaving encouraged us to take a lot of tiny candies on the way out. The service from beginning to end was amazing. Atmosphere: The atmosphere is very homey & peaceful. Though the restaurant is small, I've never had any trouble with getting a table for four. If anything, the restaurant allows for a nice personal vibe. The lighting dimmed with the light outside, it was made up of warm candle & overhead lighting. The decorations in the restaurant & wallpaper also furthered the homey feeling, it felt like going to a grandparents house. :]
Une belle decouverte à côté de l'Oratoire Saint-Joseph. La nourriture était delicieuse, la decoration splendide & le service impeccable, les employés etaient attentifs à notre groupe & connaissaient bien le menu pour nous l'expliquer. Recommandation dessert: les fraises Romanov!

We celebrated a birthday here, & it turned out to be the owner's birthday too - what a fun coincidence! The whole experience felt so personal & lively. Birthday cake & songs made everything feel extra festive. The decor is super interesting & gives the place a lot of character, & the food was genuinely delicious. It's one of those places that feels really warm & inviting. Honestly, if you're looking for a cozy spot with a lot of heart, this place is perfect.

Le service était irréprochable : attentif, chaleureux & toujours avec le sourire. Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'attention particulière & les petites touches personnelles qui ont rendu notre soirée inoubliable. Excellent restaurant russe. Tout est parfait. La salle est jolie. Le service vous met direct dans l'ambiance russe. Nous avons pris le menu dégustation est nous n'avons pas été déçu! Boeuf strogonof est délicieux. À recommander!
j'y ai invité toute ma famille pour un dîner retrouvaille, nous etions neuf & avons tous pris le menu degustation nous avons passé un tres beau moment tous ensemble, l'ambiance & le gentil service etait parfait, & le fait qu'il y a dans ce menu 7 servives ( je peux me tromper sur le nombre) fait que justement, pour une reunion de famille nous avons pu passer un bon 3 heures ensemble a nous retrouver. & pendant ce temps on s'est bien occupé de nous sans nous pousser vers la porte. bien au contraire apres les entrees, & rendu au trou normand, plusieurs etaient inquiets si ils seraient capables de manger le plat principal. Pas d'inquietude! c'est tellement bon, qu'il n'est rien resté, meme pas le dessert au total le menu degustation demande un budget mais on en a vraiment pour notre argent, le prix est plus queraisonable , je recommande cette experience. tout le monde a hate que je les invite a nouveau & ça arrivera,
