Galina is a fabulous host, & was very attentive to us & our guests all evening, ensuring that everyone had a good time & all our needs were met. Mon mari & moi voulions essayer Ermitage depuis quelques années, & nous avons enfin eu l'occasion d'y aller avec notre bébé. L'expérience a largement été à la hauteur de nos attentes.
Notre serveuse était tellement chaleureuse & accueillante. Elle a aussi été très gentille avec notre bébé. En tant que nouveaux parents, nous avons beaucoup apprécié à quel point elle nous a mis à l'aise. Ce n'est pas toujours facile de sortir au restaurant avec un bébé, mais elle a rendu l'expérience vraiment agréable.
Le restaurant est magnifique. Le décor est élégant tout en restant chaleureux, tout était impeccable, & l'ambiance nous a vraiment donné l'impression d'être en Europe.
Nous avons choisi le menu dégustation, & chaque plat était délicieux. La cuisine était authentique, pleine de saveurs, sans être prétentieuse. Le boeuf Stroganoff était riche, crémeux & réconfortant, tandis que l'agneau était incroyablement tendre & parfaitement cuit. Chaque plat était préparé avec soin & mettait en valeur des ingrédients de grande qualité.
Les prix sont tout à fait raisonnables compte tenu de la qualité des plats & de l'expérience offerte. Nous sommes vraiment heureux d'avoir enfin découvert cet endroit & nous y retournerons sans hésiter. C'est désormais l'un de nos restaurants préférés à Montréal.
Amazing food & service! I loved the decor & beautiful potted orchids placed along the windows. I ordered filet mignon with foie gras in porcini mushroom sauce-it was delectable! The waitress was attentive, warm & prompt! I definitely will be back more than once. I need to taste everything on the menu. 😋 I highly recommend this restaurant!
Great restaurant, great service, amazing atmosphere, tastefully decorated. Very tasty food, we took the Balkan salad as well as avocado & shrimp salad & pirozhki with meat as appetizers, Borscht (beet soup) & they served us some homemade bread & butter while we waited for the food. As a main we ordered Filet mignon rossini, Grilled lamb chops & the pork schnitzel. Fillet was a nice thick piece & a perfect medium-rare, lamb was juicy & the sauce it came with was perfect, I dipped my side veggies into it as well. The schnitzel can compete with any one I had in Austria or Germany it was THAT good! It also came with a cream based sauce, it was to die for!
For dessert we had the sour cherry vareniki & blini (crêpe) with cottage cheese filling, both came with a little strawberry coulis that paired perfectly with the dish ! Everything was homemade with lots of care & love. You can tell that the chef takes pride in sending you out the perfect dish & all those tasty flavors will keep you coming back for more! Thank you for a great experience!

Having vodka & pickles is a combo that WORKS. The blini+caviar, chicken Kiev, Salmon+veggies, cream of mushroom soup (AMAZING!!!), cabbage pirozhki, & potato pirozhki were fantastic. Can't wait to come back there when we can!
A nice, atmospheric restaurant. Beautiful decor, delicious food, & friendly staff. When we ordered, the waitress was very attentive & helpful in choosing dishes based on our preferences. There were six of us.
The restaurant has a warm & welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. It is a cozy Russian restaurant in Montreal that can accommodate around 30 to 40 guests, giving it an intimate & friendly feeling. The decor is unique & elegant, with golden mirrors, beautiful paintings, & many vintage decorative pieces that create a rich & memorable ambiance.
One of the most special things about this place is that the owners & waitresses have brought many personal family items & souvenirs to decorate the restaurant. These old pieces add charm, history, & authenticity to the space, making it feel more like a family home than just a restaurant.
The food is delicious, full of authentic flavors & prepared with great care. The waitresses, Gala & Nana, are incredibly kind, generous, & attentive. They truly take good care of their customers & make everyone feel appreciated & welcomed. The combination of excellent food, beautiful decor, & warm hospitality makes this restaurant a wonderful place to visit.
