Ermitage is one of the best restaurants I ever been in Montreal. It's very cozy & friendly. The food it's delicious , the flavours added on the dishes are perfect. It's gonna make all the money if you plan a visit. I highly recommend it. Definitely you need to try it.
The food was excellent, particularly the fish appetizer in the tasting menu for two. We ordered the wapiti & the lamb & they were both very good. I loved our server; she was this amazing Russian woman, very too the point but made excellent recommendations. The ambiance is charming.
Vraiment un très bon restaurant gastronomique. Cuisine très bien équilibrée en goûts & saveurs, avec un grand éventail de mets différents. Ambiance calme & propice à la conversation lors d'une soirée en semaine (les fins de semaine y sont plus animées). Accueil chaleureux, très professionnel & sans esbroufe.. Décor original & cosy. On sent que tout cela est animé par des gens qui aiment ce qu'ils font & qui savent le faire partager. Un de mes restaurants préférés à Montréal.
Outstanding lunch! Borscht, salad & sea bass were wonderful. Appreciated the bread beforehand to go with wine. Quiet & very pleasant setting near windows. Hostess is delightful!
Parfait. Décor, service, nourriture: 100% pour tout. Quelle magnifique découverte. & pour un prix fort raisonnable. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute.
Superbe soirée nous avons adoré la bonne bouffe (le menu dégustation est presque gargantuesque!) & le service chaleureux! Un vrai voyage en Russie! On recommande chaudement!

Accueil excellent & chaleureux. Le menu dégustation à 85$ est abordable pour la quantité & la variété de nourriture offerte. Restaurant tranquille & intime. Tout est frais & absolument exquis.

Visited the restaurant for a birthday celebration. This was our first time there as we are from Ottawa. We ordered the Menu Degustation, & if you want to try different Russian plates, this is the best way to do it. The service was outstanding, the music was very nice. There was a power outage around 10pm in the area (not just the restaurant), however that did not spoil our plans, we continue to celebrate. The ambience was nice with candlelight & another table celebrating a birthday found some music on the Iphone, so we just danced the night away. Once more, amazing service by the waiter, he was very nice, polite, attentive! We are definitely be back, next time we are in Montreal. Thank you for everything.
Exceptional service & amazing food ! Lunch menu is very complete. This place is a jewel nestled in CDN near the Oratory. A must to try for amazing Russian food !
