The Hermitage Museum in Saint-Petersburg is world famous. Real gourmets also remember the Hermitage (Ermitage) restaurant in Moscow. It is there, at the end of the XIX century, that French chef Lucien Olivier invented his renowned Russian salad.

Quel merveilleux repas nous avons partagé. Tout était absolument délicieux & préparé avec un soin remarquable.

J'ai été particulièrement séduit par les petites crêpes qui arborent un magnifique motif gravé en forme d'étoile. C'est le genre de détail qui rend l'expérience vraiment mémorable.

Nous avons quitté la table comblés. C'est une adresse incontournable pour ceux qui apprécient une cuisine raffinée & généreuse. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

My work colleagues & I visited while in Montreal! Food is amazing! So fresh & yummy. Everything is home made. An amazing spot to watch the sunset. The sun literally sets in the middle of the tables. Great customer service too.

Ma première expérience à la nourriture russe n'aurait pas pu être meilleure qu'ici. L'authenticité & la fraîcheur sont présentes dans chaques plats & chaques bouchées. Non seulement la nourriture est pleine d'amour mais les employés aussi. Le service est impeccable & l'ambiance du restaurant est tout simplement magnifique. Si vous cherchez une sortie romantique entre amoureux ou une belle soirée en famille & entre amis, c'est LA place qu'il vous faut! Merci à la douce Galia🌹
