About us
The Hermitage Museum in Saint-Petersburg is world famous. Real gourmets also remember the Hermitage (Ermitage) restaurant in Moscow. It is there, at the end of the XIX century, that French chef Lucien Olivier invented his renowned Russian salad.

j'y ai invité toute ma famille pour un dîner retrouvaille, nous etions neuf & avons tous pris le menu degustation nous avons passé un tres beau moment tous ensemble, l'ambiance & le gentil service etait parfait, & le fait qu'il y a dans ce menu 7 servives ( je peux me tromper sur le nombre) fait que justement, pour une reunion de famille nous avons pu passer un bon 3 heures ensemble a nous retrouver. & pendant ce temps on s'est bien occupé de nous sans nous pousser vers la porte. bien au contraire apres les entrees, & rendu au trou normand, plusieurs etaient inquiets si ils seraient capables de manger le plat principal. Pas d'inquietude! c'est tellement bon, qu'il n'est rien resté, meme pas le dessert au total le menu degustation demande un budget mais on en a vraiment pour notre argent, le prix est plus queraisonable , je recommande cette experience. tout le monde a hate que je les invite a nouveau & ça arrivera,View more
