About us
The Hermitage Museum in Saint-Petersburg is world famous. Real gourmets also remember the Hermitage (Ermitage) restaurant in Moscow. It is there, at the end of the XIX century, that French chef Lucien Olivier invented his renowned Russian salad.

Recommend ordering the Tasting Menu for 2 persons -5 course dinner witch includes 3 different Russian & Eastern Europe Entrée Sampling platters, Lemon & Vodka Sorbet, choice of 1 of 4 main courses & dessert. Small, but good wine list & of course a selection of vodkas.
