About us
The Hermitage Museum in Saint-Petersburg is world famous. Real gourmets also remember the Hermitage (Ermitage) restaurant in Moscow. It is there, at the end of the XIX century, that French chef Lucien Olivier invented his renowned Russian salad.

We had an amazing experience at Ermitage restaurant celebrating my husband birthday. Beautiful abeyance, welcoming atmosphere created by our beautiful hosts. Great service.
