About us
The Hermitage Museum in Saint-Petersburg is world famous. Real gourmets also remember the Hermitage (Ermitage) restaurant in Moscow. It is there, at the end of the XIX century, that French chef Lucien Olivier invented his renowned Russian salad.

I have been a long time away from home & this restaurant reminded me of all the wonderful things I miss about Russia. The menu options were great & diverse. The food was homemade & divine. I went with friends who had no expectations & they were welcomed with such love & affection we were overwhelmed. We felt like we had foster parents who were selfless. The food was impeccable, the portion sizes were big, & the flavour was perfectly in tune with the place. Great atmosphere & service, the restaurant almost feels like a museum thanks to the antique russian decor. The staff is very friendly & know multiple different languages. The food is amazing & everything tastes home made & authentic. Would highly reccomend the cottage cheese blini especially. The pricing is also very good. I wish i could eat here every day :)View more

This place deserves more hype. We got Borscht, tartare Steak, & Pelmeni, with salad & house wine on the side, & none disappointed. As someone from Turkey, I can confirm the Balkan salad was legit. tartare Steak is not a mouthwatering choice for everyone, but if you want to give it a shot, this restaurant may be a great start.
