J'ai beaucoup aimé la version buffet. On mange a notre rythme. Le choix du buffet était varié & les salades succulente. Pour nous ça bien commencé notre soirée avant le spectacle. Je n'hésite pas a le recommander.
Superbe endroit pour discuter après la pièce de théatre. Les tables sont suffisamment espacées pour qu'on puisse discuter sans avoir à crier. Le buffet est très bon avec une ou des options végé.
I recently visited a sugar shack & had a lively & enjoyable experience. The buffet was one of the highlights, offering a wide variety of traditional dishes that made it easy to sample a bit of everything. From classic comfort foods to sweet maple-based treats, there was something for every taste, & the quality was consistently good across the board.
The atmosphere became even more vibrant later in the evening. After 7 p.m., music event started, adding an authentic & festive touch to the experience. The energy in the room really picked up, with many guests enjoying the music & the warm, communal vibe that sugar shacks are known for.
That said, it does get very crowded, especially once the live entertainment begins. The place was packed, which is a testament to its popularity, but it can feel a bit overwhelming if you're not prepared for it. Because of this, making a reservation in advance is highly recommended to avoid long wait times or disappointment.
Nourriture très variée, nous avons bien apprécié être placés dans une salle intime attenante plutôt que d'être placés dans la salle principale où le volume des conversations était très écho & élevé. Le service était excellent, l'ambiance aussi avec un violoniste dynamique, certains de mes amis ont cependant déploré que leur nourriture était tiède sinon froide, risque accru quand c'est un buffet. Dans l'ensemble, c'était excellent, bien que sans doute influencés par le reportage récent de l'émission La Facture à Radio-Canada, nous nous sommes quelque peu interrogés sur la pureté de la tire sur neige où on avait l'impression qu'une substance comme de la mélasse avait pu être ajouté au sirop, ce n'est qu'une impression. Belle journée conviviale!

Très belle expérience à l'Érablière, je suis même revenu une 2e fois . La bouffe était bonne, j'ai aimé qu'il y a aussi des salades & des légumes, & le choix de desserts était vraiment super. Merci à Gabriel pour son excellent service.
C'etait bien. Le buffet etait bon, j'ai mieux aimé que les menus de cabanes traditionnelles. Le service etait bien mais on est pas revenu nous voir apres le service de la soupe donc nous devions essayer d'attraper des serveuses au vol, mais les gens étaient super gentils. L'ambiance etait bonne même si super bruyant. Je recommande.
