I really don't understand how this place gets good reviews…& it's not even that the service is slow, but the food is tasteless. We ordered five different entries & none were good…bland & flavorless.
Good location & family friendly; it has a nice ambiance. Service was polite & friendly, but very slow; we were seated for 15 minutes with no interaction before we had to ask a passing server to please ask ours to bring water. Food was okay... maybe we didn't order well. Arancini was fine if a little bland (nice & crispy on the outside). The carbonara was very good, & the salmon was also good but the fried gnocchi that came with it was like flavorless fried paste, & the gin & Cucumber mocktail came with an "Everything Bagel Seasoning" rim that was very offputting (also, we were charged for an actual cocktail). The kids' pizza was pretty bad, but it's a good deal because it comes with a kids dessert. The tiramisu we took to go was not good at all; neither of us took more than two bites before it went in the trash.
Un bon restaurant pour déguster une pizza au centre-ville. L'esprit old fashion est agréable & il y a de la place pour manger en famille ou entre amis avec diffusion de matchs sportifs.
Ce n'est pas le meilleur restaurant italien. La qualité est moyenne, mais ça reste correct. La nourriture est passable, les boissons sont bonnes, & le service est agréable. L'atmosphère est toutefois très plaisante. Cependant, ce n'est pas un endroit que je choisirais en priorité.
I am a huge fan of Italian food, & it's usually my go-to cuisine. For this reason I had Enoteca Monza on my list of restaurants to try, especially since the reviews were quite impressive. The environment was pleasant, & the service was attentive & friendly, which set a good tone for the evening. However, when it came to the food itself, I was a little disappointed. Although the dishes looked amazing, the flavours fell short. My husband & I both agreed that the food lacked seasoning-salt or some extra spices would have made a big difference. As I ate, the only ingredients I could taste were the mushrooms & red pepper. The rest of the dish-pasta, chicken, & pesto sauce- lacked flavour. Perhaps other dishes are as impressive as some reviews say, but unfortunately, that was not the case with our dishes.

The food is delicious, but the service was next level, the ladies that waited on us were incredibly fast & very nice. Finally, being on such a high profile location, it is not uncommon to find restaurants downtown to be a bit on the rundown side of things, but I'm happy to report that the place was very clean & well maintained, definitely going back soon.

Jérémie était génial ! Recommandations ponctuelles & service parfait. J'ai vraiment adoré venir de Vancouver, nous recherchions un excellent restaurant italien. Nous avons définitivement trouvé cet endroit à la hauteur de nos attentes grâce au service, à la musique & à la nourriture.

Grande terrasse très agréable pour ce restaurant donnant sur une place avec peu de circulation. La pizza à partager à 2 est une solution économique.
Food was good, coupled with a decent ambience. I dined here a few months ago, so I don't really recall the name of the pizza in the picture. The pasta was pappardelle pollo pesto, which was amazing - loved the pesto sauce & the texture of the pasta. The calamari was decent & the pizza was great!
A big restaurant with an area to have small social gatherings, the food is average good, decent pizzas, the atmosphere is good & the service is remarkable, friendly & attentive staff.
Un restaurant italien exceptionnel ! La meilleure pizza à Montréal, avec des ingrédients frais & une pâte parfaite. Le service est impeccable : des serveurs rapides & extrêmement aimables qui rendent l'expérience encore plus agréable.
