It's absolutely amazing! There was some hype in town about the fish n chips, so, as an avid fan of the dish, I decided to try it out. It made my Top 3 best in the world list, slightly edging out The Red Lion Pub in London. If you like proper fish & chips as much as I do, put this cozy little place on your list of "must try" restaurants. Everything was perfect from the moment we were greeted to the moment we left.

Déçue,ne pas se fier aux avis. Plats trop chers pour la qualité, La serveuse avait mal pris ma commande. J'ai retourné mon assiette. La viande était presque crue,pourtant j'ai bien spécifier la nature de cuisson. Une experience regrettable

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Embers Hudson. Staff were friendly, efficient & polite, food & drink were excellent, inviting patio & clean facilities. Thoroughly enjoyed our first time in this cute village & great restaurant.

Worst Fish & Chips ever had. It was Chips & Chips. The plate was filled with potato chips & a big tube-like freid piece. Inside was almost empty with rare pieced of white fish flesh. They charged us 1.5$ for a table-spoon full of hot sauce. Bad experience.

Tout était parfait! Les entrées essayées (tartare de wapiti & Bruschetta à la burratta) étaient délicieuses & bien assaisonées. Mes papilles étaient satisfaites! Belle ambiance & jolie déco. C'est l'endroit idéal pour apportez votre date ou y aller entre amis. Les prix sont abordables. Une excellente adresse à Hudson & située à proximité du Village Theatre!
Amazing food, great service & wonderful atmosphere! My husband & I went to this restaurant February 9th, 2024 & we highly recommend Embers. We will be going back with family & friends. Thank you for the great experience.
