It was our first time at Embers last night & I can't wait to go back. What a great experience. The staff, service & modern chic décor all get an A+. The food...omg the food is to die for! I had the beet salad as an appetizer & the filet mignon as an entree. The filet was so tender I barely had to use my knife to cut, the potatoes left you wanting more, the veggies were cooked to perfection with a little light crunch. The seasoning was on point & beyond. Paired with a class of their Cabernet Sauvignon it was magical. This is by far (in my opinion) the best restaurant in Hudson & I've been to the others in the village several times. I can't wait to discover more from their menu.
The menu is truly incredible with something for everyone - including vegetarians!! Great service from Coleen & the whole Team. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant!
I have been to this restaurant time & time again & have never been disappointed. Service is always amazing, great food, drinks & great vibes. It is my go to place for any occasion. Thank you !
It's absolutely amazing! There was some hype in town about the fish n chips, so, as an avid fan of the dish, I decided to try it out. It made my Top 3 best in the world list, slightly edging out The Red Lion Pub in London. If you like proper fish & chips as much as I do, put this cozy little place on your list of "must try" restaurants. Everything was perfect from the moment we were greeted to the moment we left.
Déçue,ne pas se fier aux avis. Plats trop chers pour la qualité, La serveuse avait mal pris ma commande. J'ai retourné mon assiette. La viande était presque crue,pourtant j'ai bien spécifier la nature de cuisson. Une experience regrettable
Nice place. A step above the standard casse croute. Good standard food items, good portions, fish & chips, burger, grilled veggie sandwich etc. Good service. Nice furnishings, cloth napkins, high quality cutlery, glasses etc. A step above . .

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Embers Hudson. Staff were friendly, efficient & polite, food & drink were excellent, inviting patio & clean facilities. Thoroughly enjoyed our first time in this cute village & great restaurant.
We had a lovely quiet table inside. The service was attentive & the food was delicious.
Worst Fish & Chips ever had. It was Chips & Chips. The plate was filled with potato chips & a big tube-like freid piece. Inside was almost empty with rare pieced of white fish flesh. They charged us 1.5$ for a table-spoon full of hot sauce. Bad experience.
Un excellent lunch, les ailes de poulets délicieuses & la salade césar très goûteuse. On reviendra sous peu!
Tout était parfait! Les entrées essayées (tartare de wapiti & Bruschetta à la burratta) étaient délicieuses & bien assaisonées. Mes papilles étaient satisfaites! Belle ambiance & jolie déco. C'est l'endroit idéal pour apportez votre date ou y aller entre amis. Les prix sont abordables. Une excellente adresse à Hudson & située à proximité du Village Theatre!
04-2024 : service courtois, hamburger à la viande bien grillée. Les frites sont croustillantes, la salade de chou bien assaisonnée. Belle découverte.
Vraiment très bon fish & chips. Saumon grillé très bon aussi. Service courtois.
