The Octopus was an absolute delight perfectly cooked & easily the highlight of the meal. However, we were a bit let down to find that neither the soup of the day nor the sardines were available during our visit, which we had been looking forward to.
?The service was professional & friendly for the most part, but there was one persistent issue that was quite frustrating. The staff began clearing my wife's plate while I was still clearly eating my meal. This happened twice during the night &, understandably, got on my wife's nerves. It made the pacing feel a bit rushed despite the otherwise pleasant atmosphere.
First time there ; I definetely recommend the grilled octopus salad; divine ( just as our waiter Peter advised)
Also, the fish is fresh & well cooked, lobster tail.
As a side dish I expected Greek potatoes; we got rice instead & it was bland, as were the veggies.

We had our anniversary dinner here. Loved the food & service. We ordered the octopus plate & swordfish. Amazing!!! Perfectly cooked. Wonderful flavors. We'll be back.
The seafood pasta with rose sauce pictured here was pretty good, it had mussels, shrimp & scallops, all very tender & not overcooked. There were also a lot of appetizers like Greek salad, fried calamari, octopus & later a nice dessert with coffee.
Had an amazing experience at Elounda. Our waiter Paul was incredibly welcoming & even helped me choose what to eat. He really knows his stuff because everything he recommended was absolutely delicious. If you like octopus, I highly suggest you try it here. The flavors were on point & the portions were generous. Great service, great food, & a warm, relaxed vibe. Will definitely be coming back.
Been going to Elounda for years. Always fresh, always delicious. From the ripest tomatoes, to the most tender octopus Elounda always delivers a 10/10 culinary experience. Great staff & great service, a must try for anyone who has never been.
We went to this restaurant as part of a work celebration dinner & boy, did this place exceed our expectations!
Their Greek salad was amazing, couldn't stop eating it! The tzatziki tasted fresh & perfect with the zucchini & eggplant fritters. The Saganaki was excellent too.
Being a vegetarian, I was made a special plate of spanakopita plus grilled vegetables. My coworkers tried the calamari & octopus appetizers & the lamp chops & sea bass for a main meal. Everyone was raving about the food.
Service was great, you can tell the servers & owner take a great pride in providing an excellent experience for their customers. Despite us being a group of more than 40 people, servers were nice & attentive.
When I am back in Montreal, I will definitely visit this restaurant again!

The food was exquisite & the service was good. The ambiance was nice but the restaurant would need a little makeover, it's a little on the old side. But that aside, you forget all about it when your plate arrives, it's tasty, fresh & delicious. I personally had the octopus plate & wow! It's was excellent. Others ordered the swordfish, calamari & shrimp elounda plate & every one had the same opinion. It's a little on the expensive side but I personally find it's worth every penny. I strongly recommend Elounda.

Some of the highlights include the octopus,swordfish , Chilean sea bass , lamb chops , fried zucchini & Greek salad but in all honesty , everything is amazing.
Special thanks to the owners & our waiters Peter & John. The service was exceptional!
Unbelievable experience dining in a true authentic Greek restaurant. Appetizers, fried zucchini & grilled octopus to the Greek salad, lamb chops & the medditeranian porgy, & to top it off with dessert Greek yogurt & loukoumades, & very good choice of Greek wine, all amazing! I travel all over North America Canada/USA & I want to say this has been one of the best greek restaurants I have ever experienced. Also, the service was amazing!
Everything was fresh & amazing. Service was stellar. Highly recommend. We got lamb chops, octopus, lobster, calamari, Greek salad, wine etc. Kids & the like ate like there was no tomorrow.

La nourriture était excellente. Cependant, trois d'entre nous sont tombés malades (gastro-entérite). Ceux qui ont mangé du poisson & de la salade ne sont pas malades, mais ceux d'entre nous qui ont mangé des calamars & de l'octopus l'ont été. C'est peut-être une coïncidence, mais la contamination est vraisemblable.
Wonderful date night outing with my wife, who was craving seafood. We had the grilled octopus & the Mediterranean red snapper, which were super fresh & perfectly grilled. Service was friendly & efficient. Will definitely return.
The food was fantastic. We had the fixed menu for four. Started with salad, grilled octopus, fried calamari, fried zucchini & eggplant. Octopus was perfectly prepared, as was the calamari. The zucchini & eggplant were perfectly crispy. The main course consisted of grilled fish, chicken & lamb chops accompanied by rice & vegetables. All were cooked to perfection. This was topped off with delicious loukoumades & coffee. A perfect meal with family!
The food & service was fantastic! Nothing could have been better. Paul did a terrific job taking care of us & really hit it out of the park with his recommendation of the grilled octopus. It was delicious!
Food was fresh & delicious; the octopus & Greek salad are a must. Service was excellent. We enjoyed the option of sitting under the tent outside as well. Definitely will go back.
I really liked the whole experience. Easy reservation, plenty of parking, nice ambience, courteous service & good food. So the only reason I don't give a 5 star is because although the fish plate was perfectly cooked, the octopus was a bit overcooked for my taste & that is supposed to be the specialty dish.
