This is the best restaurant in Montreal & surrounding area. All the soups are delicious, the grilled calamari is the best I've tasted ever. The grilled lamb is also delicious. They only use olive oil & not cheap seed oils. The homemade sheeps feta cheese in the greek salad is amazing. They also have so many gluten free options- lots of keto & paleo options. They really pay attention to the quality of all the ingredients & dont cut corners, unlike most restaurants nowadays. Service is always the great too.

Great atmosphere, amazing food & awesome service. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner (even though I drove her crazy with my reservation) & had a few laughs!

Long time regular of Elounda - my wife & another couple dined there Saturday night, & as usual, food was outstanding.

I had the grilled calamari. The others had salmon, lamb chops & shrimp -all done perfectly.

The appetizers were great. Greek salad, fresh tomatoes. Everything fresh - & zucchini & eggplant chips done to perfection, with the best tzatziki.

Servers were top notch, & Gary, the owner, always greets us & ensures we have a super meal.

Highly recommended!

I recently returned to Elounda, a restaurant that had already captured my heart during a previous visit with a coworker, & this time I brought my family along. From the moment we stepped inside, I knew we were in for a treat.

We started our meal with the house pita served with oil & balsamic vinegar. It was a delightful introduction to what would be an incredible dining experience. For appetizers, we ordered the scallops & fried calamari. Both were cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor, & the sauce on the scallops was nothing short of phenomenal.

For the kids, we chose rose pasta, which was a hit with my 2-year-old & 6-year-old. As for the adults, we indulged in Elounda Shrimp-essentially a delicious shrimp Parmesan-lamb chops, & the Mediterranean Sea bass served with rice & veggies. I was thoroughly impressed by the speed at which our meals arrived & the quality of every ingredient. It was heartwarming to see my youngest try everything we had, expanding his palate in the process.

Now, let's talk about the service. Elounda excels in hospitality; from the moment we arrived until we left, we felt genuinely cared for. The staff offered thoughtful recommendations for our kids & even surprised us with special treats that left us feeling grateful. When they learned we were facing a 5-hour drive back home, they took the extra step to pack our leftovers carefully, ensuring we were all set for the journey.

Elounda deserves recognition for its exceptional food & outstanding service. I hope more people discover this culinary gem & experience the warmth & quality that make dining here a truly memorable occasion. I can't wait for our next visit!

Wonderful
Mediterranean food . The lobster is so good (male lobster ) & shrimp cocktail ….amazing .
It's not cheap but service is great & the owners are always there to give you the best dining experience . I have been dining there for 20 years now & when I say that the lamb chops are great & the Mediterranean Seabass is amazing, it's really the truth.
I love the chef as he is so charming & friendly & they would always cater to me for anything I would ask . Thank you Elounda ! ❤?

The food was exquisite & the service was good. The ambiance was nice but the restaurant would need a little makeover, it's a little on the old side. But that aside, you forget all about it when your plate arrives, it's tasty, fresh & delicious. I personally had the octopus plate & wow! It's was excellent. Others ordered the swordfish, calamari & shrimp elounda plate & every one had the same opinion. It's a little on the expensive side but I personally find it's worth every penny. I strongly recommend Elounda.

Some of the highlights include the octopus,swordfish , Chilean sea bass , lamb chops , fried zucchini & Greek salad but in all honesty , everything is amazing.

We started our culinary journey with the fried calamari & cold shrimp, which were perfectly prepared & bursting with flavor. The addition of fresh oil & balsamic vinegar, paired with warm pita, created an exquisite start to our meal.

The highlight, without a doubt, was the scallops-cooked to perfection & truly beyond this world. Each bite was succulent & rich, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to top-tier ingredients. The steak was equally impressive; seasoned & charred to perfection, it was a delightful combination of tenderness & flavor, beautifully complemented by a side of Greek rice. I found myself wishing for a bottle of Tabasco to enhance the experience even further!

To round off our feast, we indulged in the seafood pasta, which featured a luscious rose sauce & an abundance of fresh seafood. It was rich, comforting, & absolutely delicious.

Overall, Elounda Restaurant stands out not just for its incredible dishes, but for its dedication to quality & flavor. If you find yourself in Montreal, do yourself a favor & make a reservation-you won't regret it!

Very, very recommended. Good food, great service. Our server, Momo, was great & although he had like 45 more customers, he didn't skipped a beat. The seabass, the grilled calamari & the lamb were fresh & cooked very well. We will be back soon.

Great food, good ambiance, price a little expensive when you don't know the menu. I ordered Tuna sushi & i received 5 grilled tuna pieces with no sides. It was ok but small for the price (48$). Once you know the menu & you know what to order, it's worth it!

I can't say enough good things about this place. It was incredible to discover such an authentic Greek experience right here in Montreal. The lamb chops were tender & bursting with flavor, & the jumbo shrimp were exceptionally fresh, delicious, & juicy. The owners, a friendly couple, made it a point to greet all the guests, adding a personal touch to the dining experience. They also had a great selection of wines. If you're a fan of white wine, I highly recommend the one I tried. It complemented the meal perfectly.

Unbelievable experience dining in a true authentic Greek restaurant. Appetizers, fried zucchini & grilled octopus to the Greek salad, lamb chops & the medditeranian porgy, & to top it off with dessert Greek yogurt & loukoumades, & very good choice of Greek wine, all amazing! I travel all over North America Canada/USA & I want to say this has been one of the best greek restaurants I have ever experienced. Also, the service was amazing!

The food was fantastic. We had the fixed menu for four. Started with salad, grilled octopus, fried calamari, fried zucchini & eggplant. Octopus was perfectly prepared, as was the calamari. The zucchini & eggplant were perfectly crispy. The main course consisted of grilled fish, chicken & lamb chops accompanied by rice & vegetables. All were cooked to perfection. This was topped off with delicious loukoumades & coffee. A perfect meal with family!
