Came here on a whim while doing some errands when the taco cravings hit me. The friendly staff warm welcome made me feel right at home.
Ordered one of my favourite Mexican dished - quesa birria tacos & hot damn they were good. The broth was good but I wouldn't say the best but still very good.
I will need to pass by again soon to reaffirm this review's goodness.
Atmosphere is kind of out of their control cause they're in a bit of a frigid mall, but everyone who works there is really cool & the food is good. Prices are reasonable & you can get a solid meal for $15-$20. Highly recommend.
Great hidden gem in the farmers market! Tacos are the best & most authentic I have ever had. The nachos are a little on the thick side & not sure they are corn nachos but I do believe they are made in house. Can't go wrong here for a quick bite. Good value for the price.
Authentic tacos made by the family recipe of the owner. A must have. The tacos are delicious & the salad are amazing. I recommend especially because the owner is so genuinely nice.
Incredible!! Food is fantastic! The women i was served by & who made the food are so friendly & hooked us up good! Best taco place in the west island! They have limited choices to food compared to some restaurants in villeray area but damn this is amazing authentic mexican food ! Good job ladies!
Solid tacos for a quick bite while you are in the marché. Sampled the chorizo & the el pastor & really enjoyed the selection of salsas available by the counter.
The Mexican style corn was also quite good & a unique dish you won't find everywhere.
Great value for the money & friendly service makes El Valiente worth coming back to.
The food is definitely typically Mexican, but I found it a bit simple, dry & underwhelming. However, I suggest giving it a shot as the price makes it worth it. I would've preferred if the cashier spoke either French or English.
