Went for lunch. The menu had good choices, not too expensive. I took the chicken tacos with a tortilla soup & coffee.
The soup was alright but not great & the 2 chicken tacos were served with a small portion of refried beans, rice & some salsa. Everything was bland, nothing really tasty. It lacked chillies, fresh coriander, fresh lemon & some onions.
Even their coffee was so so.

Super bons plats copieux servis par des gens adorables. Le poulet était très tendre. Genereux en sauce. Les tables en terrasse sont l’idéal, avec vue sur l’eau au loin. L’intérieur est un peu sombre. Pas beaucoup de plats végétariens, par contre.View more

Première visite mais pas la dernière... Le rouget & ses accompagnements & la fondue étaient super délicieux. Le service était aussi des plus exceptionnels... beaucoup d'attention & de politesse... BRAVO au El Meson. À recommander à ceux qui aiment les mets typiquement mexicains. Nous reviendrons!!
El Meson is an amazing Mexican cuisine restaurant. We simply LOVE the homey feel of the place, the great terrace view during the summer season &, most importantly, the food. What can we say but, DELICIOUS!! Having lived in Mexico for 7 years, the food was a great reminder of how much we miss living there, & how much we enjoy the wonderful authentic cuisine of Mexico. El Meson should definitely be on your list of great authentic Mexican dining. & the drinks are super as well. Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique. Malgré un fort achalandage, le service était rapide. Nous avons pris la casserole de poisson & fruits de mer. Un pur délice ! Je recommande ce restaurant familial.
