A phenomenal little Mexican restaurant that my wife discovered the other night. The food was delicious, authentic & fresh, the service was good although a tad slow because there was only one waitress, & they didn't have any alcohol for the time being (which didn't bother us).Voir plus

One of the best mexican restaurants I've been to in Montreal, & it's a pretty long list so that's saying something. Flavour of the food is bomb. This is a smaller restaurant that has more of a cafe feel than a restaurant, but it's comfortable nontheless. One of my favourite things about this place was they had a cell player there to play for the patrons. Added a real great touch & represented well the importance of music in Mexican culture.Voir plus

What a pleasant surprise! Stopped by this resto while passing by & it blew me away with the flavours. I started with a guacamole & it was delicious: aromatic herbs, sweet onions, & lots of buttery avocados. Tried the tortilla soup as well & was rich with ingredients. Then moved on to the pulled porc & beef tacos & the flavours were so satisfying. Well marinated & spiced meats with a generous ratio of meat to taco. The complimentary sauces on the side (in picture) were so much fun to try. I ate all the pieces of lime. I met Louis, the waiter, & he was such a nice guy. Good occasion to practice my Spanish chatting with him too. Bravo to the chefs too. Enjoyed my meal. 5 stars.Voir plus
Ok so I ordered a burrito, but what I got was essentially a big taco lol. Now while it wasn't what I had in mind, it was very tasty which is why I rate the food high. The service definitely needs work though, especially communication wise.Voir plus
