Loved our experience there. Food was very good so was the service. Took the nachos & guacamole app. The guac was very good! Quesadillas for meal, also very good & churros for dessert, SO good. Mojito to drink, SO good! Very polite & friendly staff. The music wasn't too loud so we could hear ourselves talk whitout yelling. The decor was very cute..it's a small restaurant, so I'm assuming maybe on weekends it gets very busy. There's a bar & also tables to sit & eat.

J'aimerais premièrement mentionner que je suis allé à quelques reprises à ce restaurant & que j'ai eu des belles soirées...mais l'expérience que j'ai eu dernièrement m'a malheureusement convaincu de ne plus y retourner.
Je suis allé à ce resto un soir de semaine, avec deux de mes amies. Nous sommes arrivés vers 5h30. nous avons commandé notre repas principal vers 18h, max 18h15...& nous les avons reçu à 20h00/20h15...ce qui fait 2h d'attente!!! & je n'ai pas senti grand chose de la part de notre serveuse / autre employé du resto (gérante?) qui semblait ne pas trop s'en faire...notre repas est arrivé avec la même attitude que s'il on l'avait commandé 25 min avant...En plus, lorsque je tente de sortir du (très petit) stationnement du restaurant (de l'immeuble), je suis incapable car il y a un véhicule en arrière. Je retourne à l'intérieur & la serveuse/gérante, après avoir vérifié avec les clients me dit, très candidement, que le propriétaire du véhicule n'est pas ici & que je devrais vérifié avec les immeubles avoisinants...sans me dire lesquels, sans me donner plus d'info, sans vraiment avoir l'air de s'en faire...& elle retourne à ses occupations comme si de rien était. Il est 8h30, un jeudi & je suis prise là, & y'a personne dans ce beau resto, après avoir attendu 2h pour un repas & payer 80$ pour 3 verres & un repas principal, semble vouloir m'aider plus que ça...bref, je n'ai vraiment pas eu une belle expérience overall & bien que je suis prête à accepter certains compromis quand je vais dans des plus petits restos, c'est vraiment l'attitude « je m'en foutisme » qui m'a le plus dérangée...

C'est ma première expérience au El Cactus, l'endroit m'as été conseillé & je ne regrette pas la visite. Endroit chaleureux avec une belle ambiance & le staff est plaisant.
