Eggspectation est perçu comme une adresse de petit-déjeuner et de brunch très populaire, avec des portions généreuses et une carte variée qui va des œufs bénédictine et omelettes aux pancakes et waffles; le service est largement salué pour son efficacité et sa bienveillance, un personnel attentif qui veille à ce que chaque étape du repas se passe bien et crée une ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale; l'endroit est souvent décrit comme propre et décoré avec goût, idéal pour un repas en solo, en duo, en famille ou entre amis; malgré des avis globalement positifs, certains évoquent des temps d'attente le weekend, un peu de bruit et des plats qui peuvent arriver tièdes ou ne pas inclure tout ce qu'on attendait, tout en restant raisonnable compte tenu de la qualité et des portions; dans l'ensemble, c'est une valeur sûre pour commencer la journée ou profiter d'un brunch généreux, avec de nombreux convives qui promettent de revenir.
Had breakfast here on our trip to Montreal was pretty near to our hotel 🏨 . The pancakes 🥞 were fully nice & heavy to finish off :) . Coffee ☕️ was ok but not too great. But altogether loved the breakfast.🍳

The food was sooo goooood!!! We had the fried chicken & waffles, & the smoked salmon benny & it was so so yummy. Even the side potatoes had taste to it unlike the dried tasteless ones on your plate in Toronto & other places. Cheers to the chef & our server who was polite & always smiling. Amazing breakfast place. 10/10 highly recommend
We had a lovely break fast here. If you are staying at the four seasons, I highly recommend walking over for a nice outdoor breakfast. My husband & I both had delicious savory crepes, sat in the sun, & had a lovely waiter.
Had breakfast here. Nice quiet joint with good customer service. Had some American Breakfast, Eggstraordinary & Crepe with Banana & Orange Juice. Breakfast on the whole was good. Loved the potato fritters. Waffles were tasty. The orange juice was a disappointment. It was freshly squeezed, that was great, but maybe the was not great. Not impressed with the crepe as it was overcooked & the Nutella was very less which didn't help the overly crisp crepe. Maybe it was one of a kind error happened while preparing it. But for sure, they should ensure that it doesn't happen again.
We had a great breakfast here on an early weekend morning. The menu had lots of great options but we thought the lyonnaise potato's are the reason we will come back. The eggs Benedict was my favorite.

Great breakfast/brunch spot. They are very welcoming, always smiling with customers. The plates were of a big portion. I would recommend their benedictine.
ordered the breakfast tacos & it was amazing! it comes with three tacos & a side of potatoes. what surprised me the most was that all three tacos came with different filling:) food took a bit of time but that happens:)

Hungry for breakfast, then you're at the right location. Omelettes were awesome. Served with potatoes & toast. Meat available if you choose. Fresh squeezed oj impressive. The breakfast was filling & satisfying. Luckily you're probably in walking distance to the next venue, to help digest all that food. A+
Delicious food, friendly & efficient service, & cute restaurant. We stopped by in Saturday morning & it quickly got busy after we arrived. We ordered the breakfast poutine, Yolk Around the Clock, Eggstraordinary Breakfast, & sides of the fruit cup, smoked salmon & bacon. It was eggcellent! Kept us full for a long day of sightseeing!
The food was great, the server was friendly & attentive, I ordered their classic breakfast (waffle, smoked beef, lyonnaise potato, 2 eggs) I got the smoked beef instead of sausage/bacon as it was the only alternative available, I paid extra for it but it was delicious. very good breakfast place.
Sad. Such a cute looking place, but for a last minute breakfast before we leave to go back to the US, the food came out cold (or lukewarm at best), with no offers of coffee refills? & it wasn't even busy. Very expensive for what it is, not attentive or accommodating service. Not recommended, especially at these prices.
